While it is undeniably one of the most competitive industries, it is also one of the most rewarding. When Steve Haddadin pursued entrepreneurship, he used his experience in Real Estate to create his brand, King Real Estate Group.
Steve Haddadin’s journey into entrepreneurism started at the age of 18, working in several aspects of the industry like selling Commercial and Residential properties, Management of Office and Retail properties, lending, and Development in Orange County and Riverside County. When he pursued his education, he attended California State University, Fullerton College of Business & Economics, obtaining a BA in Finance and a Minor in Real Estate from California State University, Los Angeles.
Upon graduating, Steve went through a successful tenure in Real Estate, winning some of the most prestigious certifications like Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®) from the CCIM Institute, Certified Property Manager (CPM®) from IREM, Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS®) from the NAR, and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) from NAR. He currently holds a Real Estate Broker License and Mortgage License in the State of California, where he is an active member of NAR, CAR, PWR, IREM Orange County, and CCIM Institute Greater Southern California.
For as long as he can remember, Steve Haddadin has always been driven to serve others. With his active role as a board member of the Center for Real Estate at the California State University Fullerton College of Business & Economics, he reformed the center by fostering numerous industry relations with CCIM Institute, ICSC, and IREM.
Steve would later take his profession to the next level by pursuing entrepreneurship in 2019, creating his full-service Real Estate company, King Real Estate Group. The company is built on his goal to represent his client’s best interest by providing the advice they need to fulfill their Real Estate concerns. “Our system is transparent,” he said, “We will make sure our clients are satisfied by educating our clients through every step of the process.”
With how harsh the economic environment has become, the Real Estate expert believes that it is crucial to offer various services and solutions that meet a client’s goals and go beyond in this increasingly competitive marketplace. “With our team of experienced and talented professionals, we consistently deliver Real Estate solutions enhancing the value of our client’s Real Estate assets. Our experience extends from local to national markets.”
Despite how competitive the industry is, Steve and his company can distinguish themselves from others due to the diversity of experience and host of services and solutions he and his team provide. Steve Haddadin has always pushed the boundaries of what is possible throughout his career, and in 2021 he decided to enroll at Capital University School of Law as a 2024 JD candidate with plans of expanding his services to the legal side of Real Estate for his clients. He foresees the completion of his legal education with developments around Southern California. “As a broker, lawyer, developer, and manager, I will be the center of major Real Estate in Southern California.”
