In Southwest Louisiana, where the real estate market is growing faster than many people expected, Tii-Aana Alexis has built a name that clients return to again and again. She is the Founder, Owner, and CEO of Reign Realty, a brokerage she started on what she describes as the Kingdom principles of God. She is also the co-owner of VIP Luxury Property Management, a company that handles property management with the same level of care she brings to everything else. But the titles only tell part of the story.
Tii-Aana is a wife, a mother of four, an entrepreneur, and a woman whose faith shapes the way she works. Her approach to real estate is not built around closing as many deals as possible. It is built around people, and around the belief that a home is more than a transaction. Over the years, she has worked with families moving into their first homes, entrepreneurs opening their first businesses, and investors building long-term portfolios. Through all of it, her focus has stayed the same. She wants her clients to walk away feeling steady, confident, and clear about the future they are working toward.
A Different Kind of Brokerage
When Tii-Aana talks about what makes Reign Realty different, she does not point to numbers or sales tactics. She points to purpose. “I am not building a brokerage solely around transactions,” she explained. “I am building a movement rooted in faith, leadership, legacy, and true community impact.” In an industry that can feel competitive and impersonal, she has tried to create something that feels grounded. Integrity, service, and excellence come first. The rest follows from there.
Pouring Into Clients and Agents

Part of what sets Tii-Aana apart is how she works with the people around her, both her clients and the agents on her team. She does not simply help families buy or sell homes. She educates them on wealth-building and ownership, walking them through how real estate can create stability that lasts across generations. With her agents, she puts real effort into mentorship and personal growth. She wants them to develop professionally, but also personally. That kind of attention is rare, and it is part of why people trust her.
Helping Clients Move Past Fear
Many of the people Tii-Aana works with are dealing with the same quiet struggle. They know they are meant for more, but fear or uncertainty holds them back. She sees her job as helping them move through that. “I don’t just bring knowledge of the real estate market,” she said. “I partner my faith with the vision and purpose God has placed on my clients’ lives.” She often prays with her clients, and sometimes fasts on their behalf until they reach a breakthrough. She believes real estate carries a spiritual weight that most people never talk about, and that leading with faith has helped her clients push past barriers they did not expect. Her goal is never just to reach a dollar figure. It is to help people build something that lasts.
Growing Across Louisiana
Reign Realty is expanding. While the company has primarily served the Southwest Louisiana market, it has now expanded into the Lafayette and Baton Rouge regions and plans to reach Northern Louisiana as well. The timing matters. Southwest Louisiana is in the middle of a major economic boom, driven by the construction of multiple LNG plants and the new Interstate 10 bridge, a billion-dollar project bringing new families, workers, and businesses into the area. Tii-Aana sees a region on the edge of real transformation, and she wants to help shape it. What was once a smaller market is becoming a place people want to stay, drawn in by the culture and the strength of its people.
Recognized by the Community
Her work has not gone unnoticed. Last year, Tii-Aana won the Community Votes Lake Charles Award in the Real Estate Brokers category. Reign Realty also won in that category, and VIP Luxury Property Management took home an award in property management as well. The recognition reflects something her clients already know.
Tii-Aana is not interested in being the loudest name in the room. She is interested in doing the work well, treating people honestly, and building something that outlasts any single sale. For the families and investors who work with her, that steady approach is exactly the point.
