In an industry often criticized for putting commissions before clients, Nicole Cameron stands out for her approach. The East Bay Realtor has built a reputation on integrity, clear communication, and a belief that people come before transactions. Her work with E3 Realty & Loans has led her to be recognized as one of the highly regarded agents in California, a distinction she attributes to staying focused on what matters most.
Putting Clients First in Every Transaction
Nicoleās approach is simple but rare. She listens first, builds a strategy around her clients’ goals, and stays present through every step of the process. As a certified real estate negotiator, she works diligently for every dollar on behalf of the people she represents. Whether working with first-time buyers or families looking to sell, she provides personalized service that makes the experience feel more manageable and transparent.
“I do not believe in one size fits all real estate,” Nicole said. “Every client receives a tailored plan, clear expectations, and consistent communication so they never feel lost or overwhelmed.”
Her clients often describe feeling educated, supported, and confident by the time they close. That outcome is no coincidence. Nicole prioritizes market education through videos, updates, and step-by-step explanations that aim to remove confusion and build trust.
A Career Year Built on Support and Resilience
Since joining E3 Realty & Loans in March 2024, Nicole has experienced what is perhaps the most successful year of her career. She closed over $10 million in transactions and earned a significant income in gross GCI. She also received the 2025 Top Producer Award for Most Units Sold, the highest individual honor at her brokerage.
What makes this achievement even more meaningful is the personal battle she faced during that same time. In November 2024, Nicole prepared for a double mastectomy after aggressive precancerous cells were discovered. Her broker, Ryan Evanson, joked that she might still have her best year yet despite everything, and she did.
Nicole credits that outcome to two things: her faith and her foundation. “I know with absolute confidence that my success is rooted first in Godās grace, and second in the unmatched support system found only at E3,” she said.
Her Christian faith carried her through the hardest moments, giving her peace, strength, and clarity when she needed it most. The leadership, coaching, and culture at E3 provided the structure that allowed her to continue moving forward, even during her recovery. The companyās partnership with Tom Ferry offered high-level training that supported both her personal growth and her professional excellence.
Together, her faith, her resilience, and her team made this her strongest year yet.
Learning from Failure and Building Confidence

Nicole is open about her early struggles. She tried to do everything on her own and did not ask for help when she needed it. That independence held her back, and she missed opportunities and made the process harder than necessary. Once she learned to lean on her support system and accept guidance, everything changed.
Confidence was another area where she faltered. There were times when she questioned her value and hesitated instead of taking action. Working through that doubt taught her to trust her abilities and show up with clarity and purpose.
“These failures turned into lessons that made me stronger, more intentional, and far more effective as a Realtor,” she said.
What Comes Next
Nicole is focused on continued growth and deeper leadership within her brokerage. She plans to step further into mentorship, supporting new agents and anyone who needs guidance or encouragement. She wants to help others avoid the mistakes she made and feel supported in an industry that can be overwhelming.
She also plans to refine her systems, increase her presence on video and social platforms, and contribute to a collaborative culture where every agent feels valued. Most importantly, she wants to build a business that can support her family, honor her health journey, and show her children what is possible through hard work and resilience.
Nicole is a mother to five children in a blended family with her husband, Jeff. That experience gives her a deep understanding of what stability and home truly mean. It shows in how she works. She treats her clients’ goals like her own and stays with them through every decision.
