From Estate Transitions to Real Estate Solutions
Blane Odom didn’t enter real estate in the usual way. It found him—through a calling to help others during some of the more challenging moments of their lives. Before becoming a full-time Realtor®, Blane founded two service-driven businesses—Estate Transition Agency and Estate Recovery Agency—focused on helping families downsize, clean out homes, and navigate the often-overlooked challenges that follow major life changes. In doing so, he became more than just a helping hand; he became a trusted guide through emotional terrain few others were fully equipped to navigate.
These early experiences revealed a gap in the real estate world—one where families needed more than transactions. They needed support, strategy, and a steady presence. With each cleanout and estate handoff, trust was built. And with that trust came a natural next step: helping clients sell the home itself.
That’s where Blane stands apart—offering a full-service approach that blends logistics, compassion, and real estate knowledge to help make one of life’s hardest transitions feel a little easier. He’s not just helping clients sell a home; he’s assisting them in moving forward.
A Real Estate Approach Grounded in Service
Today, Blane is a dedicated Realtor® and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) with Keller Williams in North Texas. As an SRES®, he’s trained to support the specific needs of older adults and their families as they transition into new phases of life—whether it’s downsizing, relocating, or settling an estate.
He brings a combination of hands-on experience, calm communication, and empathy to his work. His clients are often navigating overwhelming life events—downsizing after decades, managing estate property, or cleaning out a home filled with memories. Blane understands the emotional weight of these moments and approaches each one with patience, compassion, and professionalism.
His clients never feel rushed. Blane takes the time to listen, to understand their goals, and to lay out a plan that removes as much stress as possible. Whether it’s coordinating a contractor, connecting them to trusted local service providers, or physically helping with the transition, he’s the kind of agent who shows up—and stays until the work is done.
Consistent Service, Regardless of Price Point
Blane’s first transaction was a $1 million sale, and he’s since closed multiple high-value deals. But what sets him apart isn’t just the numbers—it’s how he treats every client with consistent, attentive service, whether the property is valued at $250,000 or $2.5 million. In 2024, he was recognized as Rookie of the Year at his previous brokerage and earned Runner-Up Company-Wide Rookie of the Year—a reflection of both his skill and impact.
Beyond sales, Blane is expanding his model into new markets, with plans to bring his unique, full-service approach to clients across Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and DFW by the end of 2025. With a team-based model in development, his vision is to create a scalable, concierge-style real estate experience that combines emotional support, logistics, and skilled negotiation—something not commonly offered by many agents.
Family, Faith, and Purpose at the Center
Blane and his wife Julee live in Rockwall, Texas, where they’re raising two boys and actively serving their local church community. Whether involved in mission trips or giving back through volunteer work, Blane brings the same servant-hearted mindset to both his personal and professional life.
In an industry often driven by speed and sales volume, Blane Odom stands out by slowing down, showing up, and delivering results with integrity. For clients facing significant transitions, he is not just a Realtor—he’s a guide, a partner, and a steady presence through life’s difficult chapters.
