Recognizing the gap in practical mentorship for emerging designers, she created this comprehensive 16-week course aimed at empowering individuals from varied backgrounds to dive deep into the realms of UX/UI design. The bootcamp offers an immersive learning experience that covers everything from foundational research methods to creating compelling portfolios—all tailored under Ashley’s personalized mentorship.

With over 28,000 members in its community, Empathive has become more than just a learning bootcamp; it’s a movement towards building an inclusive design community where diversity of thought and experience is not just welcomed but celebrated. Graduates of Empathive as well as those who’ve attended its free workshops and training, have gone on to shape futures at global brands like Meta and Amazon Games as well as pivotal roles in innovative startups across industries.

Her work stands testament to Ashley’s multifaceted career—spanning brand consulting to tech blogging—showcasing how she leverages her expertise to enhance visual branding for companies while providing insightful reviews on tech products.
