In 2004, Greg Simpson left a successful tech sales career and a corner office behind. With two young kids at home, he made a choice that felt less like a career move and more like an answer. Real estate, he says, became what he always wondered he’d do when he grew up. Now in his 22nd year in the business, Greg serves the Silicon Valley market with a level of white-glove service that’s earned him praise among his clients and recognition throughout the industry.
His corporate background in customer service and sales gave him a foundation, but it was the daily work with friends and clients that confirmed his belief. Real estate, he explains, is not just a job; it is a lifestyle. His wife, Lisa, has supported that lifestyle without wavering, even through the unpredictable hours and demands that come with it.
Market Knowledge Meets Executive Communication
Greg brings executive-level communication skills to a fast-paced Silicon Valley market. He studies local real estate trends closely, allowing him what he describes as a comprehensive market awareness. His approach centers on an honest engagement with a solutions-oriented focus. He leans on his honed listening skills and works to deliver superb results.
Over the years, Greg has spoken on Top Producer Panels and National Luxury Real Estate Panels, sharing best practices with others in the field. His reputation, built through leadership, results, and consistency, reflects what he values most: effective negotiations, professional ethics, and marketing that articulates value rather than just features. He has been recruited by many real estate companies in the area. He’s only moved once, 12 years ago, to help open the Keller Williams office in Los Gatos.
High Touch, Low Volume, Big Results

Greg’s business model focuses on high touch and low volume. Every real estate engagement, he says, brings a unique set of client needs. He tailors his service to each situation, aiming for optimum results while delivering what he calls an overall wow experience. His clients seem to agree. The high level of satisfaction has built a referral business that sustains his practice year after year.
The production numbers highlight part of the story. Greg has been the number one Top Producer consistently throughout his career. From 2013 to 2021, he was the top individual at KW Bay Area Estates. From 2022 to the present, he’s led the top team. In 2017, he ranked in the top five individual-producing agents for all of Keller Williams Realty. He was also the top-producing individual member of the KW Luxury Division from 2017 to 2019. Greg started his career by earning rookie of the year for the entire brokerage. He followed that up with consecutive years as the top performer of the local branch.
Greg steers away from leading with awards. He’d rather have others talk about his success than promote it himself. What matters more to him is the consistency in accolades and the repeat client satisfaction that follows.
A Lifestyle Rooted in Trust
Keller Williams is the top real estate franchise by agent count. Greg’s office in Los Gatos, KW Bay Area Estates, is projected to close over $2.5 billion in sales in 2025 with over 220 agents. Recently, he became a host of American Dream TV, filming segments that highlight insight and behind-the-scenes views into Silicon Valley lifestyle options. The segments, he notes, have nothing to do with real estate.
Through all of it, Greg’s focus remains the same. He offers personalized service. He solves problems. He brings decades of polished sales and relationship skills to every engagement. His clients get someone who understands the market, communicates clearly, and works toward delivering results without the noise.
After more than two decades in the business, Greg has built something that goes beyond transactions. He’s built trust. In a market as competitive and fast-moving as Silicon Valley, trust often makes a significant difference.
