Shea Arender, the front man for World Motivation Forums Inc., shares his insights on life management, coming fresh from the Las Vegas Speakers Bureau. If you’ve been to Las Vegas in the past decade, you may have seen one of his speaking presentations at a convention or a symphonic concert. Shea Arender is the CEO and owner of the Las Vegas Symphony Orchestra and a lead vocalist. He explores what it means to be the CEO of your own life. In addition to his extensive background in psychology and business, and his upcoming public speaking engagements, this symphonic slugger also qualified and got into professional boxing at the age of 43.

Shea Arender made a strong statement during his recent public speaking engagement in his hometown of Houston, Texas. As he remarked:

“People often focus so much on making money that they neglect their health, even at the highest levels of wealth. Many fail to decompress properly or prioritize wellness, often indulging in prescription medications or excessive alcohol, leading to long-term health issues. In the end, often there is no amount of money that can reverse the damage caused by this neglect.

We then transitioned into a brief Q&A session with Shea Arender, a master in multiple industries, to gain further insights into his perspective.

Q: In your professional opinion, what are some potential solutions for people to better balance their health and busy lifestyles?

Shea Arender – As simple as it sounds, finding recreational sports or health-based activities to participate in can make a world of difference in your mindset. Personally, just to name a few things … I engage in multiple martial arts, including taekwondo, boxing, and Krabi Krabong. Incorporating the inner spirituality of these martial arts has also had a significant impact on my overall well-being.

Q: You founded a self-empowerment company called Total Life Champion. When did this come about, and how has it impacted your life?

Shea Arender: Total Life Champion was born shortly after the pandemic and the death of my mother. Despite going to the gym fairly regularly, my heart wasn’t in it and I found myself 15 + pounds overweight and in dire need of a mindset shift. Through self-evaluation, I started writing the Total Life Champion books, which have now grown into a full health and wellness company. It truly stemmed from deep personal soul-searching and a growing motivation to seek and explore through further research on various topics.

Q: In your opinion, what is the biggest mistake people make when it comes to managing their lifestyle, business, and overall life?

Shea Arender – I believe people often lose balance by getting caught up in things that aren’t truly important. Health and wellness take a back seat, and by the time they realize it, they’re already far down the wrong path. It’s not impossible to turn things around, but it’s much harder. The key is staying focused on the ultimate goal—health is wealth. Without good health, what does your wealth really mean?

We asked Shea Arender if you could leave us with one piece of advice, what would it be and Shea’s response was: Take control of your life like a CEO would a company. Prioritize your health, your mindset, and your purpose. Don’t wait for the perfect moment to start taking care of yourself—start now. When you align your actions with your well-being and inner purpose, everything else falls into place much better.
