Alizé Utteryn, the CEO of AlizéLaVie, is a dynamic and multi-talented media entrepreneur, businesswoman, publicist, and international networker based in New York. With a rich multicultural background and an impressive portfolio of achievements, Alizé has carved a unique path for herself in the competitive world of media and public relations. Born in Cayenne, French Guiana, and raised in Paris, Alizé’s journey exemplifies resilience, ambition, and the transformative power of believing in one’s dreams.
Alizé holds a Master of Sciences degree in Human Resources Management from Paris’ Institute Superior of Human Resources (ISGP). After a successful career as a senior human resources executive in France and the Czech Republic, she moved to the United States in 2009 to pursue the American dream. This bold move marked the beginning of a new chapter in her life, one that would lead her to embrace new challenges and opportunities in a foreign land.
Upon arriving in the United States, Alizé faced the typical struggles of an immigrant in a new country, working multiple jobs while attending school. Her determination and focus on her goals never wavered, despite these early challenges. A turning point in her career came when she decided to leave a position where she felt undervalued and underpaid to venture into entrepreneurship. This decision set the stage for her subsequent achievements.
Today, Alizé is the founder and CEO of AlizéLaVie Media and publisher of AlizéLavie Magazine, an international multicultural, bilingual magazine that promotes diversity. She also leads AlizéLaVie Agency, an international marketing and business consulting firm. Through these ventures, Alizé has established herself as a significant player in the media and marketing industries, with a particular emphasis on promoting diversity and innovation.

Beyond her entrepreneurial pursuits, Alizé is a recognized journalist accredited by the United Nations, and she serves as the Media Director for the Global Confederation for Promotion and Development Inc., a non-governmental organization certified with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (ECOSOC NGO). She is also a Senior Level Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine and a member of the National Association of Black Journalists. These roles highlight her influence and dedication within the global media landscape.

In 2018, Alizé was appointed Vice President for Media & Public Affairs for the United African Congress (UAC), a premier Pan-African Umbrella Organization representing the interests of nearly 8 million African Diaspora people in the United States. The same year, she became the publicist for Her Excellency Cynthia Pratt, the current Governor General of the Bahamas. These appointments reflect her growing influence and ability to shape public narratives at an international level.
Alizé’s work has earned her numerous accolades, including the Champion of Change Award at the United Nations in 2014, and the Strategic Vision Award from the World Women Global Council at the United Nations headquarters. In 2018, she was recognized by the Progressive Democrats Political Association (PDPA) as one of the fifteen Outstanding Women honored at the “Women Celebrating Women” Awards ceremony for her significant contributions to her community and profession.
These honors underscore her commitment to excellence and the broad impact of her work.

Alizé’s dedication to making a difference extends well beyond her business initiatives. She is deeply committed to supporting the global diaspora, particularly Caribbean and African communities. Her work in this area underscores her belief in the importance of fostering community and supporting those in need, particularly within immigrant and diaspora populations.
