Martha's Vineyard, MA, May 29, 2024 – The Martha's Vineyard branch of the Association for the Study of African American Life and History (ASALH) is thrilled to announce an enchanting evening with Demola the Violinist, set to mesmerize audiences on June 19, 2024, at the Martha’s Vineyard Museum. This special event is a highlight of the 8th Annual Black & White Charity Fundraising Event, designed to celebrate Juneteenth and support the vital work of ASALH.
Demola, known for his exceptional talent and passion for music, is set to deliver a performance that will take attendees on a musical journey celebrating African American culture and heritage. His unique ability to blend classical music with contemporary influences, including African rhythms and modern genres like hip-hop and R&B, creates a sound that is both innovative and deeply resonant.

The Black & White Annual Fundraiser is one of the most prestigious events hosted by ASALH. It brings together community leaders, supporters, and enthusiasts for an evening of elegance and philanthropy.
