Why Alex Akleh Sees Talent Management Differently than Most
Share on Facebook

Most people who are crazy about breakout music will have most likely heard of artist ACRAZE, but not many might not know who Alex Akleh is. That’s because Alex has been in the background, managing the artist from day one and paving the way for musicians and talents without stealing the limelight. But maybe it’s about time more people heard more about the manager who made some of the hottest artists skyrocket.

From afar, it seems that the manager and music executive has risen to the level of success out of sheer luck. His company, Syndicate Management, has helped shape the careers of a handful of stellar musicians and benefited greatly in the process. But there’s more than meets the eye. From a young age Alex Akleh had become attuned to the trials of misfortune. He faced a rough childhood, yet despite all he had gone through, Akleh decided that he wasn’t going to let his past define him. “I made the decision to dedicate my life to this craft and taught myself the ropes of the industry on my own,” Alex shares. “With time, my achievements would slowly turn to the progress of each business I built.”

Apart from managing the breakout DJ ACRAZE, Alex has also helped another big industry name artist, RATED R, reach significant heights as an act. Alex has an almost natural eye for spotting gems in each talent and bringing the best out of them. He did that with many of his clients and hopes to do more for more talented musicians across the country as he continues to solidify his reputation across the industry.

One of the things that set Alex Akleh apart seems to be his genuine desire to help people succeed. “I purely enjoy helping others achieve success and motivate my team to always dream big,” shares Akleh. “I have nothing but gratitude for my achievements and try to give back to the community in any way I can by bringing those that I surround myself with on this journey up the ladder.” More than that, Alex does his best to not just be a business, but also to be a leader. He loves to challenge the status quo and go against the grain. All that has helped him achieve more than most people his age would on their own. But that’s not all. He has made it his life’s mission to ensure that his success doesn’t stop with him.

The music business isn’t the only industry Alex has currently dipped his fingers in. He has started many businesses in the past that have helped him build a solid net worth over time. At the age of twenty, he got involved in a company and helped grow sales from $300,000 to $1.5 million in one year. He also currently runs and owns an events company called Injoy Events alongside his talent management company.

Despite all his business and financial success, however, he has never forgotten his roots, nor how hard it is for many other young people to push past the boundaries of self-doubt and poverty. Accordingly, Alex hopes his story would inspire others to keep persevering through hardships.
