Through Smart Stewards Advisory LLC in the United States and Smart Stewards Advisory Limited in Nigeria, Sola has revolutionized the world of personal finance and wealth creation for Africans at home and in the diaspora through courses, communities, conferences, challenges, and collaborative efforts.

Her initiatives include providing resources through the Smart Stewards Academy, a digital literacy platform that has seen over 8,000 signups since inception on various financial literacy materials; economic empowerment for underprivileged women, especially widows, through the FRUIT FOUNDATION; and the upcoming launch of a mobile app, WealthSync, aimed at further democratizing financial education and wealth management.
A Prestigious Recognition: The IVLP Nomination

Sola Adesakin was recently nominated and selected for the International Visitor Leadership Programme (IVLP), a prestigious exchange program sponsored by the US government. This program, with the theme “Women and Entrepreneurship,” which took her and the other participants to Washington DC and four other states, including Reno, Nevada, Santa Fe, New Mexico, Indianapolis, Indiana, and Atlanta, Georgia, has a legacy of fostering global leadership for 84 years and boasts over 500 past and present heads of state among its alumni.
The US Consulate in Nigeria recognized Sola’s outstanding work at Smart Stewards and FRUIT Foundation, nominating her to join the IVLP program under the theme “Women and Entrepreneurship.” Alongside women from about 15 countries, she visited five US states over three weeks. This journey offered opportunities to explore and learn from local women-owned businesses, discover how they’ve built profitable ventures, and explore potential collaborations.
This nomination was in recognition of the positive impact of her efforts in financial literacy and economic empowerment. The IVLP program not only honored her achievements but also provided a platform to expand her influence and continue her journey of making a difference in the world.
