The Seed of a Calling

In 1997, a bold and determined young attorney named Lynette Silon-Laguna set out on a mission: to change how people experienced legal representation during some of the challenging moments of their lives. Fresh out of law school and armed with compassion and conviction, she laid the foundation for All Family Law Group, P.A. — now one of Tampa Bay’s trusted names in family and criminal law.

But Lynette’s journey didn’t begin in a courtroom. It started in the University of Central Florida lecture halls, where she graduated with a degree in Legal Studies in 1992. She earned her Juris Doctorate with Honors from the University of Florida’s Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 1995, setting the stage for a legal career rooted in excellence and purpose.

A Vision Comes to Life

Starting a law firm from the ground up is no small feat. But Lynette didn’t just build a practice — she built a mission-driven team. She assembled a group of skilled attorneys and legal professionals who shared her desire to support people in their vulnerable moments, guiding them through divorce, child custody, stepparent and relative adoptions, criminal defense, and legal name changes.

At All Family Law Group (AFLG), every team member works toward one shared goal: securing the ideal possible outcome for every client, legally, emotionally, and personally.

Legal Guidance with a Human Touch

From the beginning, Lynette believed that legal outcomes should never come at the cost of a person’s peace of mind. That’s why communication and compassion are cornerstones of AFLG’s work. Clients are kept informed every step of the way and are treated as individuals, not case numbers.

The firm always strives for amicable solutions, helping clients avoid costly, time-consuming, and emotionally taxing litigation. But when resolution isn’t possible, Lynette and her team are aggressive advocates in the courtroom — fierce defenders of their clients’ rights and futures.

A Reputation Built on Results

Over the years, AFLG has represented thousands of clients throughout Tampa Bay, with over 65 years of combined legal experience across its team. That experience has earned the firm the community’s trust and the respect of peers.

Lynette and her firm have received a long list of accolades and honors, which are not short of National Advocates Top 100 Lawyers, Lawyers of Distinction, Three Best Divorce Attorneys in Tampa, and so on! These awards are more than just plaques on the wall — they reflect the care, precision, and dedication the AFLG team brings to every case.

Putting People First

While the courtroom is where outcomes are finalized, Lynette knows the real work happens behind the scenes — in the listening, advising, and communicating that goes into every client interaction.

For Lynette, success is about more than just verdicts and settlements. It’s about making sure every client feels heard, respected, and empowered. The firm’s commitment is to walk alongside each client, addressing concerns, answering questions, and delivering results that meet and often exceed expectations.

A Legacy in the Making

Even years after its founding, Lynette continues to be guided by the vision that shaped All Family Law Group: to provide ethical, cost-effective, and client-centered legal support. As Tampa evolves, so does the firm’s presence — not only as a trusted law practice but also as a source of support for individuals facing some of the most challenging times.

In a legal world that may often feel intimidating or impersonal, Lynette Silon-Laguna has created something rare and remarkable. At this law firm, people come first, and excellence and empathy go hand in hand.
