Delray Beach, FL – Elyse Duff and William (Billy) A. Cunningham III are two professional realtors with The Starboard Group at Coldwell Banker based in Delray Beach, on bustling Atlantic Avenue. Duff is from Long Island, NY and has called South Florida home for a few years. Cunningham has been in the area for his whole life and is well connected to the community. Both attended Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. Last year, Duff and

Cunningham started their first Toy Drive on behalf of the Boy’s and Girl’s Clubs of Palm Beach County. What started as a small office Toy Drive, quickly escalated into becoming the largest donor that year. Not only is The Starboard Group active in the real estate industry, they are also dedicated to giving back and being active in the community. This year they have decided to continue to support the Boys & Girls Club of Palm Beach County. The Starboard Group will be hosting a charity event for the Toy Drive on December 12th starting at 2:00pm at The Delray Beach Market, located at 33 SE Third Ave. Delray Beach. This event will be open to the public and free admission with a toy or donation. This event is the Finale for the end of the drive with live music, games & events for children, food, drinks, raffles for prizes, & so much more.

The Starboard Group is the principal sponsor of the Toy Drive, but is joined by many local businesses to include Elite Metals, Sunbelt Title (Delray Beach), Coldwell Banker (Delray Beach), Tin Roof, Jamie’s Convenience Store, Vic Angelos, Atoll Vodka, Bar 25, Turn 3 Sports Bar, Eyes in the Sky, SMR, O’Connor’s Pub, Florida Craft Distributors, Get Fit, Bright Spot Pressure Cleaning, Florida Home Loans, Coral Cove, Dj Akib, David Mancini & Sons, Celsius, Copper Blues, Honey, Three Guys Roofing, Delray Beach Boxing, Salt7, Fire Island Beach House, Dontee’s Diner, IG Filtration, Delray Beach Chamber, Coldwell Banker, Greene Construction Group, Melly Hair Studio, Magic City Dream Cars, Salty Dog Pet Grooming, South Palm Beach Dart League, Casa L’Acqua, Tree Froggie, 1-Stop Home Inspections, Tippary Pub, My Sisters Closet, Salty Paws, Sazio’s, Medcann, Matador Pest Control, Fight PFC, Hawkers, Delray Hideaway, Josie’s Ristorante, Coco & CO., La Cigale, Tabanero Hot Sauce, Caffe Luna Rosa, GL Homes, El Camino, Cut 432, Park Tavern, Billy Babies, Bounce Night Club, Legacy Barber Shop and CDS International Holdings.

Drop off business locations will have a large cardboard box outfitted with the toy drive wrapping near the front entrance of their business. Donations are welcome for unwrapped new toys for children and teens. At risk youths most in need are ages 10-18 according to the Boys & Girls Club.

They will also be throwing a Holiday Party at their Coldwell Banker Office December 11th at 5:30pm for the viewing of The Delray Beach Holiday parade to bring awareness to their Toy Drive Event December 12th. People are encouraged to bring a toy to either event or donate to The Delray Beach Toy Drive Go Fund Me account.

Duff and Cunningham are genuine in their charitable efforts, and it shows. When asked about why they are continuing the drive, they commented “Our focus is to support others who may be in need and positively impact the holidays for children who are struggling financially. Last year with all the COVID challenges the donations to the Boys & Girls Club were down 80%. Last year we realized how important the Toy Drive became to giving back and supporting Local Businesses around us. We plan to continue the Toy Drive and hope to exceed our donations year after year. We have even bigger plans for next year that will enable us to expand this amazing cause as well as expand our team to make this an everlasting event.

The Starboard Group is accepting toys and gift cards at their office at 1185 E Atlantic Avenue, Delray Beach from 9 AM to 5PM Monday through Friday. If you’d like to donate, contact Elyse
