For more than three decades, Stacie Leverette has built her real estate career on a simple but powerful foundation: trust. Her path into the industry began at a boutique real estate firm on Longboat Key, FL, where she started as a receptionist.
Since 1993 and for over 20 years with Keller Williams Realty, she has specialized in luxury, waterfront, and generational properties across Manatee and Sarasota Counties on Florida’s Gulf Coast. Through her Hometown Team brand, she has become known not just for results, but for the relationships behind them. “I believe real estate isn’t just about properties,” Stacie said. “It’s about people and earning their trust, to guide them through some of the most important decisions of their lives.”
That trust is built long before a contract is signed. Stacie is known for listening first, asking thoughtful questions, and helping clients gain clarity before making any move. Her approach is steady, honest, and deeply client-centered, qualities that have earned her long-term relationships and a business driven largely by referrals and her network.

For nearly 20 years, she has served as an Executive Leadership Coach with KW MAPS Coaching, where she coaches leaders, executives, and real estate professionals across the country. Her coaching is grounded in servant leadership, productivity, and personal growth, helping others build thriving businesses, lead high-performing teams, make confident decisions, and live extraordinary lives.
That experience translates directly to her real estate clients. “The same skills I use in coaching, asking the right questions, identifying goals, and creating a clear path forward, are the same ones I bring to every client,” she said. “It allows me to guide them with intention, not just information.”

In 2023, KW MAPS Coaching honored her by establishing the Stacie Velliquette Sunshine Award, recognizing individuals who exemplify culture, integrity, and a commitment to serving others.
Her leadership extends into brokerage growth as well. She launched a Keller Williams office in Atlanta as Team Leader and CEO, achieving a highly successful launch. Later, as Operating Partner of the KW Melbourne, Florida office, she led a remarkable turnaround, moving the office from last place in regional rankings to a top-performing position within two years, achieving significant growth and profitability over five years.
While those achievements are notable, they are not what define her success. “The numbers matter,” she said. “But they’re never the reason. The reason is always the people.”
