Early Life and Education

Stan was born in Ivanovo, a Russian city known for its textile industry. After graduating high school in 2005, Stan enrolled in the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, where he pursued a degree in Economics and Management with a focus on trade and catering. Early Career and Entrepreneurial Beginnings

While still in university, Stan began working at a health center, where he gained hands-on experience in business operations and management. Starting as an assistant, he quickly became the manager, overseeing operations, budgeting, and staff management. In 2011, Stan founded Pakarin LLC, a furniture manufacturing company specializing in high-quality, custom-made wooden furniture. This venture allowed him to explore his creative side while honing his business development, marketing, and financial management skills. Running his own business was a formative experience that prepared Stan for the challenges and opportunities of entrepreneurship.

Moving to the U.S. and Founding Fuse Service

In 2017, Stan moved to the United States, seeking new opportunities and a fresh start. After obtaining permission to work, he worked as a service technician in San Jose, California. He worked hard for a year to learn everything possible about HVAC systems. And in October 2018, Stan co-founded Fuse Service Inc. with his business partner, Adam Khusniyarov. Their vision was to create a company that would set new standards in the HVAC industry by offering reliable, energy-efficient, and sustainable solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Starting with a small team, they focused on delivering exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships.

Growing Fuse Service

From the beginning, Fuse Service was built on a foundation of innovation, quality, and customer-centricity. The company specialized in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair, but it also expanded its services to include refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing solutions. One of the key milestones in Fuse Service’s growth was the development of Fuse Franchising Inc. in 2021, which allowed the company to expand its brand across the United States through franchising. Fuse Service has 23 active offices in cities like San Francisco, Napa, Irvine, San Diego, Orlando, Miami, Dallas, Houston, New York, and many others. The franchise model has enabled the company to scale rapidly while maintaining the high standards of service that customers expect. Additionally, Fuse Service has partnered with leading companies like Tesla, Enphase, and SPAN to work on home electrification projects, further solidifying its position as one of the leaders in the industry.

Commitment to Innovation and Sustainability
