Shawn Fair has spent years training leaders inside large organizations. This August, his Leadership Experience Tour holds its flagship show, and an international expansion follows in 2027.

A Leadership Trainer With a Cross-Sector Client Base

Shawn Fair works as a leadership and management trainer, and his practice centers on how individuals and organizations approach performance. Much of his career has involved helping companies strengthen their leadership pipelines and develop the talent already sitting inside their teams.

That experience has been built across a diverse client roster, including ABB Robotics, the United States Army, DHL, H&H Farms, and Liberty Energy, among others. Working across such varied sectors has sharpened Fair’s ability to tailor his coaching to the specific challenges and goals each organization faces, rather than offering one-size-fits-all advice.

What distinguishes his approach is a focus on transformation rather than information. Sessions are built around practical tools and strategies participants can carry back to their own teams. A central theme in his coaching is that every business owner carries blind spots in their operations and decision-making, and that growth begins when leaders actively seek feedback and build the self-awareness to see what they have been missing.

What Happens at the Leadership Experience Tour in August

The Leadership Experience Tour has become one of the more visible platforms for speakers in the United States, and its next stop is its largest to date. The flagship show takes place on August 8, 2026, with two full days of classes on August 6 and 7 leading up to it. Attendees get the chance to learn directly from the participating platforms before the main event.

Scale is what makes this gathering notable. More than 45 different platforms will be under one roof, spanning much of the leadership and personal-development space. Rather than hearing a single perspective, attendees can work the room and connect with dozens of established platforms over the course of the show.

Confirmed keynote voices include Fair himself, Dr. Robert Watkins (founder of the Kings Conference), Phil Taylor (founder of the Goal Achievers Summit), Shavonna Johnson (founder of the Rise Tour), and Abhishek Narayan (co-founder of the Fluxx Awards), with more platforms still joining the lineup.

Planning already extends past August. The next Leadership Experience Tour is set for April 2027, giving attendees another chance to connect with the platform’s growing roster of speakers and partners on the national stage.

A Network Built on Strategic Partnerships

Much of the Tour’s reach comes from Fair’s partnerships, which extend well beyond the stage. They span corporate partners including ABB Robotics, the U.S. Army, DHL, H&H Farms, and Liberty Energy, alongside a growing coalition of platform founders and event organizers. That group includes Dr. Robert Watkins’ Kings Conference, Abhishek Narayan’s Fluxx Awards, Phil Taylor’s Goal Achievers Summit, and Shavonna Johnson’s Rise Tour.

Those relationships also power complementary events across the wider ecosystem. On July 31, 2026, the Goal Achievers event curated by Phil Taylor brings a lineup of speakers to the Renaissance Hotel O’Hare in Chicago, each sharing insights and personal stories of achievement days ahead of the main Tour. Taken together, this web of partners is turning the Leadership Experience Tour into something broader than a single event.

The Leadership Experience Global Takes the Tour Worldwide

Building on that base, the Leadership Experience Tour is expanding to a global stage. The Tour will now run as two distinct tracks, one national and one international, under the banner of The Leadership Experience Global.

The inaugural international event lands in Dubai in March 2027, featuring a luxury cruise dinner alongside an awards and networking ceremony at a hotel in the city. From there, The Leadership Experience Global will tour a series of business hubs between 2028 and 2029, with stops planned in:

• Dubai, March 2027 (inaugural international event)

• Amsterdam

• London

• Singapore

• New Delhi

• Riyadh

• Barcelona

• Tokyo

• Toronto

• Miami

• Sydney

For executives and leaders who want a front-row seat to where leadership development is headed next, The Leadership Experience Tour and the global rollout that follows are events worth clearing the calendar for.
