Rajeev Singh, a serial entrepreneur active in over six countries, brings new life to this category of business leadership. Rajeev is the owner and operator of several companies across multiple industries, spanning manufacturing, real estate development, and radar protection systems technology. His decades of experience in business have fueled his innate desire to restructure failing companies. Rajeev’s impressive track record illustrates his distinct ability to navigate high-stress environments and pinpoint sustainable solutions.
Since leaving India and relocating to the US to achieve his American dream, Rajeev has built a multinational portfolio of successful companies across Europe, North America, and Asia. After his mechanical engineering studies and his time working at an aircraft parts manufacturing company, Rajeev acted on his entrepreneurial passions by opening his first business. The first company founded in 2001 provided Rajeev with many important lessons on business ownership, such as finance, crisis management, developing new growth streams, and product development, all on a limited budget. Regardless of the difficult situations he was forced to resolve, Rajeev’s desire to disrupt more markets was never quelled.
Over the years, Rajeev has channeled these ambitions into companies he has founded and acquired. Rajeev doesn’t shy away from restructuring underperforming businesses or venturing into uncharted territories. He has used this approach to multiply growth at an aviation firm in Florida, save over 300 jobs at three paper manufacturing factories in Germany, and salvage the closure of a factory of a large industrial conglomerate engaged in producing diverse radome and concealment solutions.
Rajeev’s newest venture is SHEERGARD Composite Solutions, a company he founded last year to preserve the critical link of the supply chain designing, manufacturing, and installing in-demand defense-related products. The company, which specializes in mission-critical and commercial infrastructure radome structures, is serving a growing need for domestically produced products. As SHEERGARD’s owner and President, Rajeev has widened his business portfolio through this endeavor, expanding into multiple verticals.
“I’ve taken on countless challenges throughout my career, pushing the limits with what is possible both for myself and business transformation projects,” Rajeev shares. “I’m proud to have created several gainful companies from my vision, and I plan to continue exploring how I can bring value to diverse challenges.”
