Nicole Sanzone is a real estate broker serving the Las Vegas area. She works as both a managing broker and an active producing agent, spending her days helping clients navigate transactions while also overseeing and guiding agents within her office, raising the bar for how real estate gets done in Southern Nevada. She is quick to credit her family as her foundation. The long hours and unpredictability of real estate are not always easy, but their unwavering support allows her to give her best to every client and agent she serves.
Nicole believes that education and responsibility lead to better outcomes for everyone involved. “I wouldn’t say I disrupt the industry in a flashy way,” she explained. “I elevate it by focusing on responsibility, education, and collaboration, which ultimately creates better outcomes for clients.”
What sets Nicole apart is that she operates on multiple levels within real estate. She represents buyers and sellers while simultaneously mentoring agents and serving as a resource to inspectors, appraisers, and other professionals. As a certified instructor for the Nevada Real Estate Division, she also plays an active role in educating both new and experienced agents, further reinforcing her commitment to raising the standard of the industry. That broader perspective allows her to anticipate challenges, communicate more effectively across all parties, and protect her clients at a higher level.
Serving Military Families
Nicole holds a Military and Veteran Housing Certification and is an active member of VAREP, allowing her to assist military families relocating to and from the region. For these families, the pressures are often greater: timing is tight, decisions sometimes have to be made from a distance, and the stakes feel especially high. Nicole brings structure and clarity to that process, making sure they feel supported every step of the way.
Guiding Clients Through Major Transitions
Her clients are often navigating major life transitions. Some are buying their first home. Others are upgrading for a growing family or selling a property tied to emotional or financial stress. The challenges they face usually come down to uncertainty, a lack of clarity around the process, and the fear of making a wrong decision on what is often their largest financial investment.
“Many clients struggle with understanding contracts, pricing strategy, negotiation, and how all the moving parts of a transaction come together,” Nicole said. “I take the time to educate my clients so they understand not just what we are doing, but why.”
Community Roots and Company Milestones

Beyond her work with individual clients, Nicole is deeply rooted in her community. She supports local schools, youth athletics, and participates in initiatives that help women prepare for careers. These are not side projects for her. They are part of who she is.
This year marks a significant milestone. ERA Brokers Consolidated is celebrating 10 years in Southern Nevada, and Nicole has led the Henderson office for the past few. The company has grown into a strong presence in the market, focused not just on production but on building a culture of professionalism and agent development. The office recently underwent a full remodel and reopening, representing a continued commitment to growth.
A Track Record of Consistency
Nicole’s track record speaks for itself. In 2024, she earned ERA’s Leaders Circle, a designation recognizing top-producing agens across the ERA network, while simultaneously serving full-time as a managing broker. She has also consistently earned ERA’s Circle of Achievement since 2020, which speaks to long-term consistency and the trust her clients place in her year after year.
At the core, Nicole’s value comes from being a trusted resource rather than just a transactional agent. She focuses on building relationships, guiding people through complex decisions, and contributing to a more professional real estate environment. In an industry where trust can sometimes feel in short supply, Nicole has built her career on it.
