MOSO International announces the upcoming launch of a new self-assessment tool, an interactive tool designed to help individuals identify and live by their core values. Founded by Dennis Larsson, the digital tool offers users a practical way to clarify the key indicators of what truly matters in their personal, relational, and professional lives.

Central to the innovative tool developed by Larsson is a concept known as the Value Triangle. This unique approach guides users through a comprehensive exploration of three distinct perspectives: personal, relational, and professional. By engaging in thoughtful ranking and reflection across these dimensions, participants are able to uncover and identify their most significant core values. Ultimately, this process culminates in the formation of a coherent set of five values, which serve as a guiding compass for making informed decisions and navigating daily life with greater clarity and intention.

Larsson emphasizes the importance of recognizing our fundamental beliefs, stating, “I believe that every individual possesses a unique set of core values that define who they are.” He acknowledges that the real challenge lies in uncovering these values, transforming them into something tangible we can refer to regularly. ā€œWhen we take the time to articulate and reflect on these principles consistently, we cultivate a sense of clarity in our lives. This clarity can be transformative, influencing our decisions and shaping our experiences in significant ways.”

The project reflects Larsson’s own journey. After more than two decades in senior corporate leadership, he stepped away to focus on coaching and personal development. His insight came after realizing that while he had clarity in his professional life, he had lost touch with his personal and relational values. Rebuilding himself began with asking: ā€œWhat do I truly value?ā€ That awakening inspired the foundation of MOSO International in 2018 and now informs the development of the new assessment tool.

The tool is designed to be simple and self-instructed. Users move step by step through exercises that generate results they can reflect on immediately, with plans for comprehensive reports to be added as the tool evolves. To support the long-term journey, Larsson is also building in reminders and reflective prompts. ā€œTransformation doesn’t happen overnight,ā€ he says. ā€œIt requires daily awareness and nurturing, just like the moso bamboo tree that inspired the name of my company. You water it every day for years before you see it grow, but once it breaks through, the growth can be exponential.ā€

During its beta phase, the tool has demonstrated encouraging results in initial trials, showcasing its potential effectiveness. The creator, Larsson, hopes to transform the successful elements of personalized one-on-one coaching into a format that could reach and benefit millions of individuals around the globe. This upcoming tool marks the start of a broader ecosystem that Larsson is meticulously crafting, which will include his anticipated book titled The Clarity Gap. Additionally, he plans to establish community spaces designed for meaningful, value-driven conversations, all aimed at guiding individuals on their journey to discover and solidify their moral compass.

ā€œWe often find that we become the average of the five individuals we spend the most time with,ā€ he remarks. ā€œBy fostering a community that revolves around shared values, we aim to cultivate an environment where individuals can reflect on their journeys, offer support to one another, and embark on a path of collective growth.ā€ This innovative self-assessment tool provides people from all corners of the globe with the chance to delve deep into their core values. It serves as a foundation for personal development that is not only genuine and sustainable but also aligned with their true selves.
