Huntsville-based leadership coach and counselor to highlight his Pathways to Purpose platform August 6–8
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. Kenny Anderson, M.S., NCC, has been invited to join Shawn Fair’s Leadership Experience Tour for its August 2026 show, to be held at the Michigan State Management Education Center in Troy, Michigan, where he will highlight his signature platform, Pathways to Purpose, and share his expertise in leadership and personal development with attendees.
About Kenny Anderson
Anderson is a nationally certified mental health counselor with more than forty years of experience in counseling, education, and community leadership. He spent 16 years at Calhoun Community College, most recently as Dean of the Humanities and Social Sciences Division, before being appointed Multicultural Affairs Officer for the City of Huntsville by Mayor Tommy Battle, a role from which he retired in October 2024.
He now serves as Executive Director of the Leadership Empowerment Enterprise, a 501(c)(3) organization focused on leadership and professional development, life coaching, and philanthropy. A sought-after speaker for major corporations, national conferences, and academic and faith-based institutions for more than three decades, Anderson has also established five academic scholarships at four Alabama institutions and has hosted the weekly radio program 2nd Chance on WJOU 90.1 FM since 1990. He resides in Huntsville, Alabama.
