In a world where women are founding startups, shaping technology, and leading transformation across industries, many still find themselves building in isolation — without access to networks, capital, or global visibility. One entrepreneur set out to change that narrative.

In just three years, Jane Milovanova has grown ISOUL Women’s Association from a small circle of founders into a global leadership ecosystem spanning 28 countries, over 4,000 members, and more than 425 high-impact events. Headquartered in San Francisco, ISOUL is helping establish a new blueprint for women’s entrepreneurship — one powered by community, technology, and conscious leadership.

From EdTech to a Global Women’s Leadership Movement

Jane Milovanova’s path to ISOUL did not begin with a business plan — it began with a mission.

After years of building in the male-dominated world of technology and EdTech — co-founding and scaling an international IT university where more than 5,000 students trained for the future — she transitioned into leading an AI-driven EdTech platform focused on digital learning innovation.

Through her advisory work with global companies in marketing strategy, operational scaling, and leadership development, she repeatedly observed a consistent reality: women were driving results — yet often without equal access to networks, capital, or strategic support that can help accelerate success.

This revealed a structural gap in the market and a potential opportunity: to build a women-to-women business pathway where founders can find investors, experts can find clients, and partnerships can form directly, peer to peer, women to women.

Jane recognized that high-growth leadership doesn’t just evolve in isolation — it thrives through community, strong business relationships, and shared economic opportunities.

From that conviction, ISOUL was established: not as another networking organization, but as a global leadership and business ecosystem that aims to equip women to build, fund, scale, and lead at the level their expertise deserves.

A New Standard for Women in Leadership

Today, ISOUL operates not only events and programs but its own mobile application and digital platform — giving women access to:

  • Leadership and business education

  • Global networking and mentorship

  • ISOUL Business Accelerator

  • International speaking opportunities through the She Speaks initiative

Behind the organization is a mission that Milovanova often repeats:

ā€œTo increase the mindfulness of humanity through the hearts of women.ā€

To her, women are not simply building companies — they are contributing to a future where technology and human consciousness develop hand in hand.

Moments That Mark a Movement

ISOUL’s global footprint spans major innovation hubs including San Francisco, Dubai, London, Miami, Prague, and Tel Aviv.

Recent milestones illustrate the community’s momentum:

  • Women in AI at Google Headquarters, Mountain View — a private gathering of leaders in tech and AI, hosted in Huddle (September 2025)

  • Women Empowerment Brunch and Yacht — networking event in Dubai (October 2025)

  • ISOUL Women Leadership Award in San Francisco — honoring women shaping the global future (October 2025)

Among this year’s award recipients:

  • Aliia Roza, Global Visionary Leader – former secret agent turned speaker, philanthropist, empowerment leader

  • Marina Davidova, Investor in Women – VC investor and community builder

  • Daria Shapovalova, Innovator of the Year – Co-founder & CEO of DRESSX

  • Anastasia Sartan, Entrepreneur of the Year – serial tech founder and product innovator

  • Valerie Bertele, Impact Creator – GP at Yellow Rocks Capital, AI & frontier tech leader

  • Anastasiia Rakhmananova, Rising Star – pastry artist, entrepreneur, author

  • Anastasia Fedorina, Impact in Women’s Lives – global mentor and celebrity yoga educator

These women represent the new architecture of leadership: borderless, impact-driven, creative, and grounded in service.

As Milovanova shared during the ceremony:

ā€œThis award is not about competition.

It is about women who — in a single day — hold leadership, family, style, love, creation, peace, and truth, without letting any of it fall.ā€

Where Technology Meets Mindfulness

At the heart of ISOUL lies a vision for the next generation of women-led innovation.

The ISOUL App extends far beyond networking — it builds a global operating system for women’s growth:

  • Expert mentorship and advisory

  • Business collaboration and investment opportunities

  • Community support and personal development

  • Leadership retreats and accelerators

ā€œEvery woman deserves a place where her potential is seen, supported, and scaled,ā€ Milovanova says.

ISOUL’s women-to-women learning model aims to ensure rising leaders grow with one another, not behind one another.

Leadership Rooted in Heart

Milovanova leads with a philosophy anchored in soft power, strategic clarity, unity, and service. Balancing entrepreneurship, motherhood, global community building, and personal evolution, she represents a new kind of Silicon Valley founder — one who seeks to expand not only markets but humanity.

ā€œWe’re not just building companies. We’re building the future — through women.ā€

What began as a private circle has become a movement, a platform, and an accelerant for women across continents. With new partnerships forming, expansion into additional countries underway, and exponential community momentum, ISOUL is positioned to shape global business culture for years to come.

Because when women lead, the world moves forward.
