Jacques and Toshia Posey are more than just a successful real estate team; they are a power couple on a mission to change lives. As the owners of 1st Class Real Estate and Spirit Led Ministries, Jacques and Toshia have dedicated their lives to helping others achieve their goals, both in terms of home ownership and in their spiritual lives.

Jacques is an author, inspirational speaker, and coach known for his ability to encourage and inspire others with his words. He has a heart for couples and families and has earned his Bachelor’s in Finance and a Master’s in Human Services, Counseling, and Executive Leadership in order to better serve men, women, and families through counseling, speaking, and writing on the topics of marriage, relationships, and finances. Together with his wife, Toshia, Jacques co-wrote the inspirational book “Spirit Led Marriage: Our Journey.”

Toshia is an evangelist, author, speaker, coach and co-founder of Spirit Led Ministry. She earned her Master’s in Ministry and Business Administration and certification in Counseling, which she uses to inspire couples to transform their marriage with the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Toshia received her call into ministry in 2005 and later started Spirit Led Ministry with her husband, Jacques. “We change lives and sell a few homes along the way. God is our foundation and is reflected in our culture,” she shared.

Through their real estate business, Jacques and Toshia not only help families achieve homeownership but also teach them how to build wealth through investment. Additionally, through their ministry, they help people to understand that true wealth can be achieved by following God’s principles.

Their unique approach has been proven successful over and over again, so the couple is now offering one-on-one coaching and mentoring to agents to help them jumpstart their businesses in their own way. “We want to show others that you can be successful and build true wealth in your lives, business, and relationship when you follow God’s principles,” they said.
