The Leadership Experience Tour has spent years building a reputation as a well-established platform in the United States. Now its founder, Shawn Fair, and global co-founder Cedric Singleton are taking it worldwide. Alongside co-partner Mohammed Ashif Abbasi, the trio are launching The Leadership Experience Tour Global (LET Global), an international expansion built on the same model that made the U.S. tour a must-attend event, kicking off with a 2027 summit in Hong Kong.
Shawn Fair: Building Leaders From the Inside Out
Fair has built his career and reputation as an experienced leadership and management trainer, known for helping individuals and organizations perform at a high level. His client roster spans ABB Robotics, the United States Army, DHL, H&H Farms, and Liberty Energy, a range of sectors that has sharpened his ability to tailor coaching to each organization’s specific challenges rather than offer one-size-fits-all advice.
What sets Fair apart is a focus on transformation over information. His sessions are built to inspire and motivate, arming participants with tools they can put to work immediately. A central theme in his coaching is that every business owner carries blind spots in their operations and decision-making, and that real growth begins when leaders actively seek feedback and build the self-awareness to see what they’ve been missing.
Cedric Singleton: Three Decades of Turning Targets Into Results
Singleton’s credibility comes from a different, complementary track record. A decorated U.S. Army veteran, he spent 27 years in executive sales and marketing roles at Abbott Laboratories, training thousands of sales leaders, before Carrier Global recruited him as Global Sales Operations Director. There he led the buildout of the company’s revenue operations and drove substantial growth over three years, adding to a career spent delivering results at two of the world’s largest corporations.
He’s since channeled that experience into Peak Performance Leadership Institute, moderates AI leadership panels at the Global FLUXX Conference in Manila, and has commanded stages including Michigan State University, the FLUXX Award Keynote in Doha, Qatar, the Global FLUXX Business Conference in Las Vegas, and Super Bowls 59 and 60. He also serves as President of the Alpha Foundation of Southern Maryland, sits on the board of directors for the Phoenix International School of the Arts, and co-chairs the Business and Education Committee for the Charles County Chamber of Commerce.
A Platform Already at the Top
Fair has grown the Leadership Experience Tour into a widely recognized platform for speakers in the U.S., built around a community of reciprocity, business owners helping business owners, rather than simply sharing a stage for a day. That reputation was on full display at the Tour’s flagship U.S. show on August 8, 2026, preceded by two full days of exclusive classes on August 6 and 7, which brought more than 45 platforms under one roof with confirmed voices including Dr. Robert Watkins of the Kings Conference, Phil Taylor and Abhishek Narayan of the Fluxx Awards, and Shavonna Johnson of the Rise Tour, alongside a companion event, Goal Achievers, curated by Phil Taylor, at the Renaissance Hotel O’Hare in Chicago on July 31. That same reputation has earned members access to exclusive platforms most entrepreneurs never reach, including Super Bowl Media Week, and the next national Tour is already set for April 2027, with details on the leadershipexperiencetour.com.
LET Global Is Born
Now Fair, Singleton, and Abbasi are taking that same playbook worldwide under a philosophy they call Leadership Without Borders: every stop designed to be both a powerful stand-alone experience and a building block in a larger, compounding global community. The international rollout kicks off with a summit in Hong Kong in 2027, running two days of keynotes, hands-on workshops, and elite networking for leaders, entrepreneurs, and executives, plus the debut of the LET Global Awards recognizing standout leaders and organizations on the world stage. Updates and registration are being posted on the LET Global website.
From there, LET Global plans to tour the world’s most influential business hubs through 2029, with stops already mapped in Amsterdam, London, Singapore, New Delhi, Riyadh, Barcelona, Tokyo, Toronto, Miami, and Sydney.
What Comes Next
For entrepreneurs and executives tracking the expansion, the message is simple: Hong Kong is just the first stop on a calendar that’s about to get a lot bigger.
