Angela Hooper-Menifield is the Chief Equipping Officer (CEO) of Menifield & Associates, LLC, whose sole purpose is to build and equip supervisors and teams through coaching, training, keynote speaking, and behavioral assessments. Menifield is a definitive authority when it comes to leadership training as she has served over 28 years as a senior leader with the Federal Government.
Her initiative to establish her company was deeply rooted in her purpose to create a positive work experience for all, and she hopes to do so by creating thriving supervisors and leaders, most especially those within the public sector. Menifield is also an Independent Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team (JMT) and serves as a faculty member with JMT and Adjunct Instructor at St. Joseph’s College, Brooklyn, New York.

She is a Launch Director with Business Network International (BNI) New Jersey and a member of the BNI USA Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, where she focuses her efforts on creating training content to support the organization’s DEI vision.
Menifield is deeply passionate about her work. She hopes to equip new leaders and supervisors in order to engage employees and transform workplaces into nurturing environments where growth and development are commonplace. With her extensive knowledge in certifications in the Human Resource space, including serving as an Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certification exam instructor, Menifield combines her knowledge of rules and regulations along with emotional intelligence and performance management to coach her clients.
Due to her 28+ years of experience as a senior leader in government, she utilizes her expertise in the public sector and non-profit sector to leverage growth opportunities for all.
