Amy Sprengel works in real estate across Southeastern Wisconsin, where she is the co-owner of RE/MAX Forward and the leader of the Sprengel Real Estate Group. In a field that can move fast and feel impersonal, Amy has built her business on something slower and steadier. She leads with people first, not transactions, and she believes that the experience of buying or selling a home should leave a client feeling informed rather than rushed.

Her approach is rooted in clear communication, honest guidance, and a steady commitment to doing what is right, even when it is not the easiest path. Over time, that consistency has become her reputation. Clients trust her, refer her, and return to her, and that pattern is the clearest sign of what she has built. This is a look at how Amy works, what her clients come to her with, and why trust sits at the center of everything she and her team do every single day.

People First, Not Transactions First

When Amy describes how she sets herself apart, she keeps it simple. “I disrupt the industry by choosing to lead with people first, not transactions first,” she said. Real estate, she explains, can sometimes feel scripted or overly sales-driven, and she has deliberately built her business around trust, education, and genuine relationships instead. Her goal is not only to help someone close on a property but to help them feel protected and confident while they do it. That difference is small in words but large in practice, and it shapes the way her whole team operates.

A Personal Approach Backed by Strategy

What makes Amy different, in her own telling, is the way she blends high-level strategy with a personal touch. She is a strong negotiator and a problem solver, but she does not want any client to feel like just another file. “Every client has a different story, and I believe the experience should be tailored to their goals, their concerns, and their future,” she said. That belief means she treats no two situations the same way, and it keeps the work grounded in the actual people involved rather than a fixed routine.

The Clients She Serves

Most of the people who come to Amy arrive feeling overwhelmed. They may be unsure about timing, pricing, market conditions, or how to make a move without making a costly mistake. Some are buying, some are selling, and others are relocating, downsizing, or working through a major life change. What they share is a need for someone they can trust to guide them honestly. Amy helps by building a clear plan, walking clients through their options, and protecting their interests at each step. Her team (consisting of her husband Robert Sprengel) and sister-in-law Mariah Malmstadt) brings market knowledge, careful strategy, modern marketing, and steady communication so that clients never feel like they are figuring things out on their own. The outcome she aims for is simple. Clients should not just hope they made the right decision. They should know they did.

Building RE/MAX Forward

The growth of RE/MAX Forward has become its own story. Amy owns REMAX Forward with Carrie Bluel. The brokerage opened in October 2023 and has expanded quickly since then, attracting agents and teams drawn to its culture and its commitment to doing business the right way. It has grown into additional markets, including Mukwonago and the surrounding communities, while staying rooted in local relationships. For Amy, the achievement is not in the numbers alone. “We took an idea, turned it into a brokerage, built a strong culture, and proved that there is room in this industry for something both high-performing and deeply people-centered,” she said. That balance of momentum and care is the part she is most proud of.

A Trusted Resource Beyond the Closing Table

For Amy, recognition as one of the most trusted Realtors carries real weight because trust is the foundation she has chosen to stand on. It is not about volume or production. It is about the client experience and the reputation she and her team work to earn each day. As she continues to grow her brokerage with intention, the goal stays the same. She wants clients to walk away with a successful result, a smoother experience, and a real estate resource they can count on long after the keys change hands. That quiet consistency, more than anything, is what keeps people coming back.
