Alegre de Pilipinas International closed out September with a new credit to its name. La Visual Corporation named the company’s chief executive officer, Janice Israel Delima, an awardee of the 4th Philippine Finest Business Awards and Outstanding Achievers 2026. The organizer listed her under the citation “Most Outstanding Woman Entrepreneur of the Year.”

La Visual Corporation announced the honor through its official channels and presented Delima as one of the program’s featured awardees for the year. The organizer runs the Philippine Finest Business Awards and Outstanding Achievers as an annual recognition program, now in its fourth edition. Nirro De Leon Marcelo chairs its awards committee.

Delima appears on a slate drawn from several fields. That group includes Richard Lunas and Cynthia Lunas of RRE Lunas Builders, Steward Fantilaga, Judge Tarcelo A. Sabarre Jr., Sarah Luningning Medina, Charrie Rose Apilado, and Glenn Paul Cruz de Jesus. Construction, law, media, and creative enterprise all sit on the same list. The spread says something about how the program defines achievement. It does not confine the category to a single industry.

What Alegre de Pilipinas Does

Alegre de Pilipinas describes itself as an international runway production and entertainment company. Its stated aim is to stage fashion events that put established and emerging Filipino designers and homegrown labels on the same runway as international names. The company has operated since 2022.

Delima runs the operation out of Illinois. She has served as chief executive officer since the company began, and the business works across two markets at once. Its base sits in the United States. Its creative source material sits in the Philippines. That arrangement shapes how Alegre de Pilipinas books talent, schedules shows, and moves collections between countries.

The company’s mission statement points to a team of artists, designers, and collaborators working toward quality and shared value for a wider community. Its vision statement talks about creating opportunity, platform, and growth. Both have stayed consistent across the company’s public materials since launch.

The Production Work Behind a Runway Show

A runway show looks like ten minutes of walking. The work that produces those ten minutes runs for months. Alegre de Pilipinas handles that stretch for its clients.

Model casting sits near the front of the process. The company starts with a creative briefing session, uses it to read a designer’s aesthetic, then runs castings to select the faces that suit the collection. Fit matters more than volume here. A wrong cast can flatten a strong garment.

Other pieces follow. Alegre de Pilipinas covers photo and video production at the event itself, which feeds press follow-up and social distribution once the show ends. It arranges broadcast and digital press coverage before and after a presentation, then tracks the media impressions that result. Digital billboard advertising carries the same material past the venue. Graphic design and web development round out the list for clients who need brand assets built rather than borrowed.

Designers working in this space rarely keep in-house teams for all of it. Bundling production, casting, and publicity under one roof removes a set of handoffs that tend to break under deadline.

A Press Conference at The Hexagon Events Place

The awards program staged a live press conference on September 30, 2026 at The Hexagon Events Place in Quezon City. La Visual Corporation and Sirbisu Channel hosted the 5:30 PM event. Delima joined the panel with her co-awardees and members of the awards committee.

La Visual Corporation framed her appearance around leadership and her route to the chief executive role. The organizer presented the segment as an account of her work in the creative sector rather than a product pitch. Awardees on the panel spoke about their own fields and how they reached the recognition.

What the Citation Adds to the Record

Business recognition programs in the Philippines tend to draw heavily from construction, professional services, and retail. A fashion production company is a less common entry. Delima’s citation places Alegre de Pilipinas in that mix, and it does so through an organizer that publicly documented the selection.

Filipino design has spent years pushing for room on international runways. The companies that produce those shows sit behind the designers, and they rarely get named. The 2026 citation names one.

Alegre de Pilipinas continues to operate from Illinois under Delima’s direction, with the same stated focus it opened with in 2022.
