A global women’s leadership association with 5,000 participants across 29 countries is taking its community offline, through a new worldwide system of retreats, camps, and destination gatherings, and the association’s first president appointed to lead a direction rather than a region.

The Announcement

ISOUL, the global association of women leaders, experts, and entrepreneurs, is launching Global Experiences, a worldwide system of live, in-person programming spanning retreats, business camps, offsite gatherings, and original formats hosted around the world. The direction will be led by Anzhalika Korab, newly appointed President of Global Experiences.

The launch comes at a point of measurable scale. Founded in Silicon Valley, ISOUL has spent three and a half years building a global community that now numbers more than 5,000 participants across 29 countries, including 250 accredited residents. In that time the association has produced over 512 events worldwide, and currently runs more than 20 curated gatherings every month.

“Welcome to the ISOUL presidents’ team,” the association wrote in announcing Korab’s appointment. The wording matters. ISOUL does not appoint managers. It appoints presidents, leaders who own a direction, shape it, and carry it.

Who Anzhalika Korab Is

Korab is a life coach, mentor, travel lifestyle ambassador and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in transformational development, drawing on a background in psychology and education. Originally from Belarus and now based in California, she works internationally through coaching, speaking, and media.

Within ISOUL she already leads the Psychology and Mindset direction, and she is the author of retreats and transformational programs, which is precisely the argument for the appointment. Global Experiences is not asking her to learn a new format. It is asking her to build, at the scale of an association, the format she has been running for years.

Her working premise runs against most business advice: leaders rarely stall because they lack strategy. They stall because they lack inner stability. Retreats and immersions are, in her practice, not a break from that work but the conditions for it, sustained time, unfamiliar surroundings, and the company of women navigating the same questions. That is the logic she now carries into a worldwide system.

The Community Behind the Role

To understand why this launch matters, it helps to understand what ISOUL is, and what it is not.

It is not a networking group in the ordinary sense. Founded by serial entrepreneur Jane Milovanova, the association brings together women founders, investors, experts, media leaders, and creators under a stated mission: to elevate the mindfulness of humanity through the hearts of women.

Membership is not open. Applicants must meet at least three of eleven professional criteria, among them documented industry recognition, speaking engagements at conferences, summits, or expert forums, angel investment in women-led businesses, or an operating business generating six figures or more in annual revenue. Every candidate is then interviewed personally by a regional president or by the founder before being admitted as a resident. Residency is an annual paid membership, available from any city or country in the world.

What distinguishes the association operationally is range. Its programming runs across masterminds and case reviews in the Business Club, a public speaking and visibility platform called She Speaks, an accelerator for women entrepreneurs, a grant fund with investor participation, private communities organized by focus area, weekly conscious leadership practices, and a global women’s leadership award, coordinated through a dedicated app that functions as the community’s operating layer.

That range is the point, and 512 events is the proof of it. Online formats keep a community of 29 countries in continuous contact; in-person formats create the depth that sustained contact alone doesn’t produce. Global Experiences is the direction built to hold the second half of that equation with the same rigor as the first.

The demand for it came from the community itself.

“With every month, there are more of us,” the association wrote. “And we keep hearing the same wish: not only to meet online and at our events, but to spend more time together, to travel, to live through strong shared experiences, and to build friendships that last for years.”

What Global Experiences Is

Global Experiences is structured as a system of live offline experiences within ISOUL, designed exclusively for women.

The five pillars: wellness · business · networking · leadership · family

The formats:

  • One-day intensives – accessible entry points, run locally
  • Weekend gatherings – short-form immersions
  • Signature Retreats – the direction’s flagship programs
  • Destination experiences – international travel formats
  • Mothers’ travel – a dedicated track addressing how rarely women with young families get to travel for their own growth

The rollout: California as the pilot hub, followed by expansion across the United States and then international markets. The first Global Experience is scheduled to take place in California this August, with details to be announced by the association.

The premise behind the format is consistent with Korab’s approach: inner stability is built through practice, not insight. An idea understood in a workshop and an idea lived through several days in unfamiliar terrain, alongside women navigating the same questions, are not the same thing.

“We believe the strongest bonds are born through shared experience,” the association wrote. “Global Experiences will be exactly the space where there are more of those moments.”

A System, Not a Series of Events

The structural shift here is easy to miss, and it is the most significant part of the announcement.

Until now, every ISOUL presidency has been geographic. The association’s presidents lead chapters, Minsk, Prague, Tel Aviv, Los Angeles, Dubai, Georgia, each responsible for the community in a given city or country. Korab’s appointment is the association’s first thematic presidency: a president who leads a direction across every geography rather than a territory within one.

That distinction changes what the role produces. A geographic president builds a local community. A thematic president builds infrastructure, and in this case, a network of Experience Leaders and coordinators positioned across regions, capable of originating and running programming wherever the community already exists. The output is not a calendar. It is a distributed system for producing experiences.

The second structural element is what the direction offers residents. Members are not limited to attending. Any resident can propose and host an experience, a retreat, an offsite, an original event in her own city or country, and produce it in partnership with ISOUL. In doing so, she gains access to the association’s audience, its values, its tested formats, the support of its team, and its international network. Residents can join as speakers or as hosts.

The structure works in three directions at once. For the resident, it is a platform: visibility, leadership experience, and a strengthened personal brand. For the association, it is reach, more people encountering ISOUL’s values and mission through direct experience rather than marketing. And for the community, it is contribution: a mechanism by which members build something durable together rather than consuming programming produced elsewhere.

It is, functionally, a franchise model for meaningful experience, and an additional income stream for the women who build within it.

Why It Matters

There is a version of this story that reads as a routine organizational announcement: a growing association adds a vertical and appoints someone to run it.

The more accurate reading is that an association is changing shape. For three and a half years, ISOUL has built horizontally, city by city, chapter by chapter, president by president. Global Experiences is the first direction designed to run across all of it, and the first presidency defined by what it builds rather than where it operates.

For a community of women spread across 29 countries, that means the connections formed online now have somewhere to become something more durable, in one place, at one time, on purpose.

Applications for ISOUL residency are open year-round, and details on the association, its ecosystem, and upcoming Global Experiences programming are available at isoul.space.
