On Thursday, May 22, 2025, the city of Houston witnessed the triumphant return of a movement built on purpose, power, and authenticity. Letās Be R.A.W.āReal. Authentic. Women.āmade its long-awaited comeback with a sold-out celebration at Porsche West Houston, hosted by visionary entrepreneur and media mogul-in-the-making, DeAnna Green.
More than 150 guests arrived to a scene of sophistication and sisterhood, where fashion, philanthropy, and female leadership collided in a luxurious, high-energy atmosphere. The night was more than an eventāit was a declaration.
“This was the rebirth of my womenās empowerment platform,” said Green. “But this time, itās about building global media spaces where women are seen, heard, and celebrated.”
With the unveiling of LBR Lifestyle Magazine, Green spotlighted 14 women in the inaugural edition, each honored with a framed plaque and a Certificate of Recognition from Houston City Council Member Edward Pollard. These honorees were not only featuredāthey were revered as leaders changing the face of their industries.

The celebration was a vivid showcase of the strength and diversity of Houstonās women leaders, blending a spirit of camaraderie with purposeful empowerment. Guests mingled amid the sleek Porsche showroom, their conversations echoing themes of resilience and ambition. The event’s atmosphere underscored the movementās commitment to authenticityānot just in its messaging, but in the lived experiences of the women it uplifts. Each honoreeās story was a testament to overcoming obstacles and breaking barriers, reinforcing the Letās Be R.A.W. mission to inspire real conversations and real change. This powerful gathering was a microcosm of the larger vision DeAnna Green holds: a global sisterhood where womenās voices are amplified and their achievements recognized with genuine respect.
The evening also introduced the Letās Be R.A.W. Podcast, a series of Intimate Fireside Chats, forthcoming Book Anthologies, and announcements of future international conferences and retreats. But DeAnna didnāt stop thereāshe shared her personal memoir Pieces of Me: A Memoir of Determination, offering an unfiltered account of her journey through trauma, triumph, and tenacity.
The night had purpose woven into every detail. Entry required either a new handbag valued at $50 or a $50 donationāproceeds supporting Purses with a Purpose, Greenās 8-year-old nonprofit that provides domestic violence survivors with purses filled with essentials. By nightās end, 26 purses were collected and over $1,750 raised, ensuring that women in crisis receive not only necessities, but dignity.
Closing the celebration was the Driven to Be R.A.W. Fashion Show, produced in collaboration with Ebony Noir of She Sees Colors. A breathtaking runway of current and former beauty queens, female-owned brands, and creative professionals turned the Porsche showroom into a beacon of bold style and self-expression.
DeAnnaās mission? To create media that honors the truth of womenās storiesāfrom print and podcast to TV and film.
“This is only the beginning,” said Green. āLetās Be R.A.W. isnāt just a brand. Itās a revolution. And weāre just getting started.ā
