In business, few have the spirit of entrepreneurial ingenuity and resilience quite like Fabrice Maillardet. From being born & growing up in a small Swiss village, Maillardet has risen to lead a multimillion-dollar company in Quebec, Canada. His journey is a testament to the power of dedication, foresight, and unwavering ethics.
Fabrice’s story begins in a small Swiss village, where his early years were a rural lifestyle. Growing up, he thought his life would revolve around agriculture or a similar field. However, at thirteen, that all changed. He moved with his mother to Bromont, Canada. The moving company changed his life, starting a passion for sports, mainly snowboarding, which would later teach him the resilience and discipline he would need to succeed later on in life.
Despite numerous setbacks, including an accident that ruined his chances for a military career, Maillardet’s path took unexpected turns, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Working as a security officer at a CHSLD, he confronted life’s harsh realities. He gained a clear sense of purpose, realizing he could make a significant impact beyond traditional career paths.
This gave Maillardet time to consider his options, and he ultimately decided that he needed to dream bigger, and head in to sales & marketing. He had the privilege of working with and learning from some of the most influential experts in the industry, including Cole Gordons, Tony Robbins, Yomi Denzel, and Grant Cardone.
āBy the age of 19, I had built a team spanning +1500 representatives across six countries, enhancing my skills, knowledge, and connections⦠For three years, I honed my expertise in sales and marketing across various industriesāincluding automobiles, real estate, clothing, events, investments, and constructionābefore launching my ventures.ā
Then, in 2022, Maillardet launched Winners Vault, an innovative marketing agency specializing in social media and influencer marketing. The venture quickly gained momentum, propelling him into the spotlight as one of Quebecās Top Young Entrepreneurs. Winners Vault highlighted the necessity for novel sales strategies tailored to modern business challenges.
Seeing an opportunity to revolutionize traditional sales methodologies, Maillardet founded Digital Profit in 2023. This venture aims to recruit and train top-tier sales professionals while fostering a culture of ethical selling and personal development. With over +200 sales representatives and counting, Digital Profit has become a formidable force, generating substantial revenue for its clients while prioritizing sustainable, long-term success.
Maillardetās ventures include success stories such as Winnerās Vault, Digital Profit, and Let Me Talk Inc., all of which now play an important role in supplying services for āThe immense demand for innovative marketing and even more so for sales in Quebec.ā Maillardet elaborates that āour sales team generates an average of +1,500,000 CAD per month for our partners and clients, while our coaching business brings in about +250,000 CAD monthly for 2024.ā By approaching sales and marketing with a young, energetic, and distinctly modern approach, Fabrice Maillardet has made his way to immense success on his terms.
