She works with Baird & Warner, the oldest independent family-owned real estate company in the United States, and has been recognized as a Founders Club member every year from 2019 to 2025, the firm's highest honor. She regularly ranks among the top 20 agents in McHenry County. Mandy grew up watching her mother build a successful business. Her mom was an entrepreneur with a strong work ethic, but she also led with compassion and treated her staff with genuine kindness. Those two qualities stuck with Mandy and shaped the way she approaches her own career. "Oftentimes these transitions can be stressful, so I place great emphasis on clear communication and predicting issues that could arise, so that my clients feel prepared and knowledgeable throughout the entire process," she said. "This helps their stress levels immensely." Mandy holds certifications as a Staging Consultant and a Certified Negotiation Expert, credentials that reflect her commitment to offering clients a complete skill set. Her deep roots in Crystal Lake and McHenry County give her an in-depth understanding of the communities she serves, from the neighborhoods and schools to the recreation opportunities available.
