Mandy Montford is a real estate agent based in Crystal Lake and the broader McHenry County area of Illinois. Before entering real estate, Mandy owned a print and digital marketing firm in Chicago. Her client roster included major names like California Closets, Orren Pickell Custom Home Builders, and Airoom Remodeling. That experience taught her how to position a home in front of the right buyers and build a media strategy that has been shown to get results. It is one of the reasons she has become a leading listing agent in Crystal Lake and Lakewood. Her ability to determine what will appeal to buyers has helped her sellers often get strong offers for their homes. She does not just list a property and wait. Mandy is also a seasoned real estate investor. Over the years, she has purchased multiple investment properties, rehabbed, then rented them out, and eventually sold them.
