His background spans rental properties, property management, and maintenance work—experience that has proven invaluable when helping his clients. Rather than simply facilitating transactions, Matt takes time to educate homebuyers about the real estate investment side, helping them understand the long-term benefits of homeownership and how real estate can serve as a pathway to financial independence. The current housing market presents unprecedented challenges, and Matt is acutely aware of them. "Today's biggest hurdle is affordability for most in the housing market," he acknowledges. While he recognizes that solving this problem entirely may not be feasible, he does not see those challenges as an excuse for inaction. Instead, Matt has adapted time-tested negotiating strategies to modern market conditions. Negotiating seller-paid closing costs was a staple of his early career, and he's evolved that expertise into helping buyers today by securing seller credits that may reduce interest rates.
