Though it has lessons that anyone from any walk of life will find value in, “The Synchronicity of Love: Stories that Heal, Transform, and Awaken,” by Redmond, Washington-based John David Latta, is a book that every CEO, particularly, should read. While thinking about work and the workplace, unfortunately, we don’t always consider how our co-workers, fellow executives, and subordinates alike might be dealing with things - and we often try to hide our own struggles and challenges. John David Latta has been there - and he isn’t afraid to talk about it. And talk about it, he has - Latta has been on a whirlwind virtual tour of international interviews - from Australian and British TV to dozens of American podcasts - and beyond. It all started with his fascinating book, The Synchronicity of Love: Stories that Heal, Transform, and Awaken, published in March 2022. Today, Latta, the former founder and CEO of a multimillion-dollar consumer products company, is a mystic, an author, and a teacher. He tells the story of how just three months after making the decision to sell his business and leave the corporate world, “the global pandemic hit and caused massive disruptions in the supply chain and logistical headaches far beyond anything anyone in our industry had ever had to deal with.
