Nathalie Botros has dedicated her career to psychotherapy, speaking, writing, and coaching. Through perseverance and hard work, Ms. Botros has found great success in her field. 

Education, Experience, and Expertise

Ms. Botros is a distinguished professional with an extensive educational history. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in management and psychology in 1996 and a master’s degree in psychotherapy in 1998, both from Webster University. Continuing her higher education journey, Ms. Botros earned a certificate in fashion design from the Instituto di Moda Burgo in 2003 and a certificate as a holistic health coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2016. 

With work experience that includes several notable roles, Ms. Botros’ early career included roles in finance and operations at Banque de Commerce et de Placements SA dating back to 1988, portfolio management at Barclays Bank (Suisse) SA, design sales at Musani Couture Milano and sales at Fusun Design in New York from 2006 to 2007. In 2008, she founded Nat & The City, a luxury concierge and PR service serving clients in New York, Geneva, Istanbul, and Milan. 

Ms. Botros has also written books, having authored “If You Are What You Eat, Should I Eat a Skinny Girl?” in 2017 and “The Happiness Cocktail: The Right Ingredients for a Life of Happiness and Hope” in 2024. She also hosted a podcast, “Say Yes Be Happy,” to magnify her message of positivity, running from 2021 to 2022.

Today, Ms. Botros is a respected and distinguished psychotherapist, author, speaker, and coach. In 2017, she began to focus as a mindset and happiness coach and founded The Bon-Vivant Girl, which is a company on a mission to spread positivity and happiness via coaching, writing, and public speaking. She began professional public speaking in 2022. As a keynote speaker, Ms. Botros shares her insights on happiness and mindset with diverse audiences, developing a VIP coaching program called “The Happiness Cocktail.” In this program, she supports her clients in finding unwavering confidence, joy, and genuine fulfillment. Looking ahead, Ms. Botros will also be featured as a guest expert in the upcoming documentary “Pillars of Power,” a production by the Los Angeles Tribune Film Division, set to release in 2025. 

Having been featured in major media outlets such as NBC-TV, Authority Magazine, and Thrive Global, Ms. Botros’s expertise in personal development is widely recognized. She has also been featured on the covers of several publications, including Magnate View, Passion Vista, Soeleish, Best Holistic Life, and Healthy Life Magazines. 

Accolades and Other Interests

Along with being featured in the media, Ms. Botros is the recipient of numerous accolades, including being named among the Top 5 Exceptional Leaders to Follow in 2024 by Magnate View, the Top Happiness Coach by IOATP in 2023 and being recognized by World Leaders Magazine as one of the World’s Visionary Women Leaders Making a Difference. She was also recognized as the Top Lifestyle Coach of the Year by Best Holistic Life Magazine and the Top Coach in New York by Soeleish Magazine.

Ms. Botros attributes her success to her father, who offered this advice: “Start. Do whatever you want, but if you start something, finish it.” With this advice, she began her entrepreneurial journey, overcoming obstacles as a Turkish, Lebanese, and Swiss woman in the U.S. She has expressed interest in expanding her public speaking engagements and hopes to host a television show one day to reach a wider audience, continuing to spread her message of hope and happiness.
