Maddie Bennett didn’t set out to reinvent real estate. She just wanted to do it better.

As a full-time agent with Romano Realty, Bennett has built her business around something most buyers and sellers say they want but rarely find: genuine communication, clear guidance, and someone who actually understands what they’re going through. Her approach blends a background in strategic communication with hands-on client care, creating an experience that feels less like a transaction and more like a partnership.

A Foundation in Communication and Strategy

Bennett holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Communication from Rowan University. That education shows up in how she runs her business. She created her own buyer and seller guides, resources designed to walk clients through each step without the jargon or pressure that can make real estate feel overwhelming. She also manages clients’ social media on the side, using the same eye for branding and storytelling that defines her work as an agent.

Her focus is on Gloucester and Camden Counties, and she treats that specialization seriously. Bennett doesn’t just list homes. She shares what it’s actually like to live in these areas. Local businesses, school districts, seasonal events, and the rhythm of South Jersey life. She positions herself as a resource for the lifestyle, not just the listings.

“I disrupt the real estate industry by blending modern marketing, lifestyle content creation, and high-touch client service in a way most agents may not,” Bennett said. “I specialize in Gloucester and Camden Counties and share the lifestyle that comes with living here, not just the listings. This positions me as a trusted resource, not just a salesperson.”

Guiding First-Time Buyers Through the Unknown

Her ideal clients are often first-time homebuyers or younger buyers who feel stuck. They don’t know where to start. They assume they can’t afford a home. They’re looking for someone who won’t make them feel foolish for asking questions. Bennett works to simplify the process, breaking down financing options and market realities in a way that feels approachable. Her goal is to help clients feel empowered, not anxious.

“My ideal clients are usually first-time homebuyers or young buyers who feel overwhelmed, unsure where to start, and worried they can’t afford a home,” she explained. “I help them overcome these challenges by simplifying every step, breaking down the process in a relatable way, and using my marketing and communication background to educate them clearly and honestly.”

For sellers, the focus is similar. Bennett wants them to understand the process and feel confident that their home is being marketed properly to stand out and bring top value.

Outside of real estate, Bennett teaches dance classes, a lifelong passion she’s kept alive in her spare time. She also loves traveling, shopping, yoga, and pilates, and spending time with family and friends. That balance shows up in how she works. She’s busy, but she’s present.

Expanding Through Education and Content

Recently, Bennett launched a structured, paid three-month internship program under her brand, Madeline Bennett NJ. The program covers marketing, administrative support, and real estate sales training. It’s designed to give aspiring professionals real experience inside a modern real estate business, not just busywork or observation.

Her social media presence has also grown steadily. With over 13,000 combined followers on Instagram and TikTok, Bennett uses content to connect with potential clients, especially first-time buyers who are researching before they ever reach out to an agent. She’s also partnered with national brands through user-generated content, bringing a creator-level marketing approach to her real estate work.

Recognition Built on Consistency

Bennett was featured in South Jersey Real Producers Magazine, which highlighted her growth and impact in the local market. She also received the Most Improved Agent Award at her office last year. Those recognitions reflect consistency, not just a flash of success. She’s hit her business goals year after year while continuing to expand her client base and refine her brand.

“My biggest achievement so far has been consistently hitting my business goals year after year while continuing to grow my brand and client base,” Bennett said.

Her dream feature would be Forbes, a goal that speaks to how seriously she takes her work and where she sees her business heading.

At the center of everything Bennett does is a simple principle: clients deserve someone who listens, educates, and advocates for them without making them feel lost. She’s building a business around that idea, one transaction at a time, in the communities she knows best.
