Tony Holland’s story reads like an American dream come to life—but with a twist. While many successful entrepreneurs focus solely on building wealth, Holland has spent over 30 years simultaneously building a business empire and transforming lives through service, proving that true success is measured not just in dollars but in the lives you touch along the way.

Today, Holland stands as a Managing Partner atĀ Integrity.com, CEO of Global Premier Benefits, and was named the Baltimore Smart Business “Deal Maker of the Year.” Tony’s businesses now support thousands of agents and brokers across 32 states, helping seniors navigate complex Medicare decisions with confidence and clarity. As a partner with private equity firms Unity Partners and Finback—alongside former Florida Governor and presidential candidate Jeb Bush—and a partner with AI companies Insurance Copilot, Livmor, and Skypoint, Holland has positioned himself at the forefront of business innovation. Earlier this year, Tony realized a dream he couldn’t have imagined as a kid from “the wrong side of the tracks” when he proudly joined the ownership team of his hometown Baltimore Orioles.

Yet for all his corporate achievements, Holland’s incredible pride comes from a different kind of success: the hundreds of young lives he’s helped transform through mentorship and sports.

From Humble Beginnings to Extraordinary Impact

Holland’s journey began in the railroad town of Brunswick, Maryland, where he grew up in humble circumstances that would shape his lifelong commitment to helping others overcome adversity. After playing college football at Johns Hopkins University, being elected Chancellor of Tau Epsilon Phi service fraternity, and graduating as a pre-med student, Holland faced a period that tested his resolve—living out of his van and working multiple dead-end jobs before making a pivotal career decision to enter the insurance industry.

That bold move proved transformational. Holland became a reputable Sales Agent at American Income Life, setting numerous industry records and discovering his entrepreneurial gifts.

Building an Empire, One Company at a Time

Over the past three decades, Holland has played a key role in supporting the growth of companies across the life, health, and wealth industries. His strategic vision helped expand major companies, including Bravo Health, HealthSpring, Oak Street Health, and Cigna Medicare, through extensive distribution channels that now serve millions of Americans.

Holland’s business philosophy has always centered on a simple principle: success means lifting others as you climb. ā€œMy faith is the foundation of everything I do, faith, family, and business. That makes it easy to lift others up. I keep God first always, and I’m very grateful for His blessings.ā€

The Heart of a Coach: Transforming Lives Beyond Business

While Holland’s boardroom achievements are impressive, his most passionate work happened on football fields and in community centers across the country. As a youth and high school football coach, Holland earned 13 championships, including five state titles. But the real victories weren’t measured in trophies.

“Tony didn’t just coach football—he coached life, and he still does,” says media and marketing consultant Burke Allen, who has helped Holland land a book deal with a publisher to help share his inspiring story with others. “He’s at his best when he takes young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, like he came from, and shows them that if he can make it, they can too…and gives them the skills to do it. He gives them a hand up, not a hand out.”

Drawing from his own challenging background, Holland instills real-life skills into young people on and off the field, in sports and business, teaching them discipline, teamwork, and the belief that circumstances don’t define destiny. Many of his former players have gone on to college scholarships and successful careers, crediting Holland’s mentorship as the turning point in their lives.

A Platform for Purpose

Holland’s many media appearances on television, radio, podcasts and social media aren’t about self-promotion. Instead, he uses these platforms to advocate for youth development, community investment, and the importance of giving back.

As a devout Catholic, devoted husband and father of three, Holland’s philanthropic endeavors are driven by his faith and family values. His companies maintain strong relationships with the cities and states they serve, demonstrating that corporate success and community service aren’t just compatible—they’re inseparable.

The Ripple Effect of Service

Holland’s approach to business and life creates what he calls “the ripple effect.” Every company he builds, every young person he mentors, every community initiative he supports creates expanding circles of positive impact.

“Success isn’t about what you accumulate,” Holland explains. “It’s about what you contribute. Every business decision I make, every coaching moment I have, every partnership I enter—it all comes back to one question: How can this make a positive impact on the world?”

Conclusion

From a small blue-collar town in Maryland to boardrooms across America,Tony Holland has proven that true success combines business excellence with service to others. Whether he’s closing multimillion-dollar deals, coaching young athletes to championship victories, or mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs, Holland embodies a simple truth. When you build your life on service, success becomes not just about reaching the top, but about how many people you bring with you.

In an era where business leaders are often criticized for prioritizing profits over people, Tony Holland stands as proof that the most sustainable success comes from making a positive impact in the world—one deal, one game, one life at a time.
