A Life Rooted in Family and Community
Outside of work, Deanneās life centers on family. She has two children and five grandchildren. They are her world. She babysits as often as she can. She loves football and plays fantasy football every season. In earlier years, she coached her kids in t-ball, softball, baseball, and flag football. She volunteered at their elementary school and taught religion classes. She also played softball and co-ed flag football herself.
At one point, she taught aerobics to the local police department, sheriffās department, and highway patrol. She worked at a health club where she helped people set fitness goals and learn proper workout techniques. That same energy and commitment to helping others carried over into her real estate career.
More Than a Traditional Sale
Day & Company also offers to purchase homes that need some work, which can assist clients in situations where a traditional sale might not be possible. This flexibility allows Deanne to help people who might otherwise feel stuck with a property they cannot easily sell. She has been purchasing fix-and-flip properties for over 10 years, along with her husband, son, and his wife.
