BOSS Startup Science Aims to Initiate Success in Startups

Startups are mushrooming virtually in every corner of the world today. Entrepreneurs worldwide are striving to make the cut for their startups to be successful, but many fail to reach that pinnacle. Startup expert and serial entrepreneur Gregory Shepard, who simply goes by Greg, shared that startups usually fail 90% of the time. Hence, he has made it his mission to help startup beginners through his program called BOSS Startup Science.

BOSS Startup Science aims to help novice entrepreneurs build their companies from the ground up, taking away the grey areas and filling them in with tangible blueprints with accurate steps to take in their journey. The learning center is based on Greg’s Business Operating Support System (BOSS), where its name is also taken from. Coined by the startup master himself, BOSS is a methodology developed to empower entrepreneurs while simultaneously increasing their startup success rate.

BOSS Startup Science tackles many different areas, all geared toward ensuring the success of its audience. The program discusses why entrepreneurs fail, how entrepreneurs can avoid the pitfalls causing failure, what the startup life cycle looks like, and many more. Greg has also written a research paper called Silver Master, explaining why startup companies fail to address their mistakes early on in their roadmap, leading to 90% destruction. But through his vast experience of creating startups of his own, Greg is confident that BOSS Startup Science will prevent entrepreneurs from falling into the statistics of those who failed to gain traction in their respective industries.

Backed by two meaningful decades of experience as a startup veteran and serial entrepreneur, Greg is indeed one of the most promising businessmen of his generation. Besides building multi-million dollar business ventures, the visionary is also a ForbesBooks host and has written over a hundred articles published across 25 national and international publications. Through his writing, he shares his journey and highlights his knowledge in startups to help aspiring entrepreneurs worldwide.

Greg is recognized for being one of the leading proponents in the startup industry, with 12 liquidity events under his belt. He is known for selling his startups for millions of dollars. Two of the startups he started were sold as part of a $925 million transaction that won four PE awards for acquisitions ranging between $250 million to $1 billion.

In addition, Greg has shared his expertise as a TEDx speaker. He has also addressed audiences as a keynote speaker in universities, associations, and conferences across the globe. The serial entrepreneur also takes his talent in engaging listeners as the host of a The BOSS Podcast and has been featured as a guest on over 25 podcasts, television shows, and radio programs.

When asked what inspired him to build BOSS Startup Science, Greg shared, “I am motivated by the concept of being able to change income and wealth inequality through entrepreneurship and poor people that are living check to check into a different category of wealth.” BOSS Startup Science was founded to address the things startup entrepreneurs are doing and equip them with the necessary mindset and skills to gain the momentum their businesses need in today’s heavily saturated startup scene.

On top of BOSS Startup Science, Greg has built another program called BOSS Capital Partners, a global syndicate for investing in tech startups worldwide. Learn more about BOSS Startup Science on this website.
