Charlotte Johnson works as a real estate agent across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama, and she has spent years building a reputation around something simple. People trust her. Over the course of her career, she has helped more than 1,000 clients buy, sell, and invest in property, and she is known for honesty, negotiation skills, and a steady commitment to service.
Her clients come from many different backgrounds. Some are buying their first home. Others are selling after many years in one place. Many are investors or business owners, and a number are military members, veterans, and their families, whom she serves as a Military Relocation Professional.
What ties them all together is the kind of help they need. They want someone who listens, explains things clearly, and keeps their interests at the center of the process.
Charlotte built her business on relationships rather than quick deals, and that choice shapes the way she works every day. She does not measure her success only by the number of sales she closes. She also measures it by whether her clients move forward with confidence. That focus has carried her through eight years as one of the active agents in her market.
A Different Way of Working
Charlotte talks often about the difference between closing a deal and helping someone make a good decision. Many agents focus on the first. She focuses on the second.
“I disrupt the real estate industry by focusing on relationships and results instead of transactions,” she said.
Her background in business, technology, and transportation gives her a perspective on problems that some agents may not share, and she uses it to find solutions when situations get complicated. She believes clients deserve straight answers, even when the conversation is not easy.
“I believe clients deserve honest advice, even when it’s not the easiest conversation to have,” she explained.
The Problems She Solves
Most people do not come to Charlotte simply because they need an agent. They come because they have a problem that needs solving.
“Most people don’t hire me because they need a real estate agent. They hired me because they need a problem solver,” she said.
Her clients often face situations that are far from straightforward. Estate properties, land sales, commercial deals, relocations, title issues, family matters, and homes that did not sell with another agent all land on her desk.
She tries to spot problems before they arrive and build a plan that fits each client’s goal. Having listed over 100 homes a year and worked with more than 1,000 clients, she has learned that no two goals are the same.
What Keeps Her Busy Now

Right now, Charlotte is expanding her presence across the Gulf Coast region, with work spanning Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. She is putting more focus on commercial real estate, land, and investment opportunities, and she wants to help clients use property as one way to build wealth over time.
As a Keller Williams agent, she points to the company’s investment in technology and agent education as part of what can support the work buyers and sellers experience. She was recently featured on the Empire Builders Podcast, where she discussed her path from the trucking industry into real estate, along with leadership, resilience, and building a business through trust and service.
The Awards and What Matters More
Charlotte’s record includes several honors. Early on, she was named Rookie of the Year by both Real Producers Magazine and the Northshore Area Board of REALTORS. Since then, she has earned Keller Williams awards, including the Regional Cultural Ambassador Award, the Mo Anderson Award for leadership and community impact, and the Gary Keller Award for building a business on systems and values.
She is proud of these honors, but she is quick to say they are not the part that matters most.
“While I am proud of the awards and accomplishments, what matters most is the trust clients place in me,” she said.
According to RealTrends Verified, Charlotte is ranked 7th in units sold in Louisiana and 31st in volume in a state with approximately 17,000 licensed agents.
The Work Ahead
Charlotte is also turning her attention to other agents. She is developing educational programs and mentorship opportunities meant to help agents build lasting careers and serve their clients well.
It fits the way she sees her own role. Whether she is working with a buyer, a seller, an investor, or another agent, her aim stays the same. She wants to help people solve problems and move forward with steady footing.
For Charlotte, the houses and the contracts are only part of the picture. What she really does, in her own words, is help people make their next move in life. That quiet idea sits at the center of what she builds, and it is one reason clients continue to work with her.
