In Wisconsin, where buying or selling a home often feels like one of the biggest decisions a person will ever make, Briana M Skoghas built her career around a simple idea. People should come before sales. As the co-owner of Skog Real Estate Team, Bri has chosen to do things in a way that puts honesty, communication, and genuine care at the center of every transaction. She is a real estate professional who believes the process should feel personal rather than rushed, and she works to make sure her clients feel informed and supported from the first conversation through closing day and beyond.

Bri describes herself as someone with a relationship first approach, and that shows in how she treats the people she works with. She is also an entrepreneur and a community focused leader who stays involved in local businesses, youth athletics, and community initiatives across Wisconsin. For Bri, real estate is not just about a single sale. It is about creating lasting relationships and continuing to provide value long after the paperwork is signed. That mindset shapes everything her team does and sets the tone for the work ahead.

A Different Way of Doing Business

For Bri, the difference comes down to how clients are treated. At Skog Real Estate Team, the goal is to make real estate feel personal, relationship driven, and community focused rather than transactional. “What makes us different is that we prioritize people before sales and focus on creating long term relationships built on trust, communication, and genuine care,” she explained. That belief drives the way the team approaches each client, with the understanding that a home transaction affects far more than just the sale itself.

The team aims to disrupt the usual way of doing things by combining modern marketing, strong local connections, and hands on service with an approach that stays authentic and easy to reach. Bri and her team are involved in their communities and in businesses outside of real estate, which gives them the ability to connect clients with trusted local resources.

Built for Flexibility

Skog Real Estate Team launched as an independent brokerage in 2026, and that independence has given Bri room to work differently. Without the limits of a one size fits all model, the team can think creatively, move quickly, and tailor every experience to the individual client. Bri places heavy focus on education and transparency, wanting clients to feel confident at every step rather than confused or pressured.

That flexibility also supports a larger vision. Bri wants the team to become a trusted one stop resource for homeowners, helping people not only buy and sell but also connect with quality local services, improve their properties, and build long term value in their homes and lives.

Helping Clients Who Feel Overwhelmed

Many of Bri’s clients come to her feeling stressed. The process of buying or selling can be fast moving and emotional, and people are often unsure where to start. Some worry about timing, negotiations, financing, or inspections. Others feel frustrated by poor communication or pressured sales tactics they experienced elsewhere.

Bri helps them work through those challenges by guiding them step by step. “We guide them step by step through the process so they feel confident and informed rather than overwhelmed,” she said. The aim is for clients to walk away feeling supported, protected, and genuinely cared for, not only during the transaction but long after it ends.

Growing Beyond the Sale

Since launching the brokerage in January 2026, Bri has continued expanding the vision of supporting homeowners well beyond the transaction itself. The team is in the early stages of aligning ownership with Sconnie Landscaping, a locally owned company that shares its commitment to quality service and strong community relationships.

The goal is to create a trusted resource clients can turn to at every stage of homeownership, from preparing a property for sale to maintaining an investment over time. Rather than treating the business as transactional, Bri wants to connect homeowners with the services and expertise they need to care for one of their most important assets.

A Standard Worth Raising

When asked about her biggest achievement so far, Bri pointed to the launch of the Skog Real Estate Team itself. It is a starting point, and one she clearly takes seriously. She aims to raise the standard for what clients should expect from a real estate experience, built on honesty, responsiveness, strong advocacy, and community involvement. For Bri, the measure of success is simple. It is a team that truly cares long after closing day.
