Rebecca Nedelka is a real estate agent serving Northeast Ohio through eXp Realty. She works with buyers and sellers across the Cleveland area, with a particular focus on residential sales, negotiation, and marketing. Her approach is built around a straightforward philosophy: keep things simple, keep them smooth, and get to the closing table. It sounds basic, but in an industry often complicated by stress and uncertainty, that clarity matters.

Whether someone is buying their first home, selling after decades in the same place, or investing for the future, Rebecca treats every transaction with the same level of attention. Her tagline, Simple. Smooth. Sold is not just a marketing phrase. It is how she operates day to day.

Recognition That Reflects Consistency

Rebecca has been named an ICON Agent with eXp Realty every year since joining the company. In 2025, she closed 68 transactions as a solo agent. She made the eXp Top 250 Agents list, landing at number 100, and has since moved up in the rankings. She has also received recognition from Real Trends The Thousand List, been named to the Cleveland Real Producers Top 500 twice, earned the Leading Ladies of Real Estate distinction three times, and received the Rate My Agent Top Agent award in Cuyahoga County.

In the 2026 RateMyAgent awards, Rebecca received multiple honors, including Top Agent in Cuyahoga County (for the second time), Top Agent in Portage County and Streetsboro, Top 10 in Ohio, Top 20 in the Midwest, and Top 100 in the United States. It is recognition she values deeply, as the awards are based on client reviews.

She recently earned her ABR designation through the National Association of Realtors. While she acknowledges the awards, she sees them more as indicators of her level of service than trophies to display. The real measure, she believes, is in how clients feel at the end of the process.

Listening First, Selling Second

What sets Rebecca apart is her commitment to treating every client the same, regardless of the price point. “While all clients are either looking to purchase a property or sell a property, they all have different goals and top priorities,” she explained. “Listening and focusing on the most important thing to them and creating a marketing plan centered around that is how I operate. Regardless of the transaction amount, they are all treated with the same care and respect. It is about the individual first, not the commission.”

This mindset shapes everything from her initial consultations to the way she prepares a home for the market. She asks questions, pays attention to the answers, and builds her strategy around what actually matters to the person sitting across from her.

Helping Clients Through Relocation

Rebecca holds a relocation certification through eXp Realty, and helping clients with their moves is one of the parts of her work she finds most fulfilling. Whether someone is new to Cleveland and trying to figure out the right neighborhood, or leaving the area and needing to time the sale of their current home, she works to make the process as smooth as possible. She connects relocating clients with vetted agents and lenders in their new locations, helping to reduce the stress of coordinating a move across state lines or across the country.

One story stands out to her. A friend referred a client who was planning to move to Florida for retirement and needed to sell her home in Stow. When Rebecca first met with her, the woman was nervous and unsure of what her home was actually worth. After walking through the property, Rebecca pointed out a few minor fixes that would help her list at a stronger price. The client agreed to make the updates, and Rebecca referred contractors to help. A few weeks later, they were ready to go.

By the end of the first day of showings, an offer came in above the asking price. Rebecca called to share the news. The client’s first response was, “No one wants my house.” Rebecca told her that was not the case at all. The woman started crying on the phone. “It was probably one of my favorite client reactions,” Rebecca said.

Bringing Cleveland to the Screen

Beyond her work with individual clients, Rebecca was recently selected as a new TV host for the American Dream in the Cleveland market. In this role, she will showcase the Cleveland area and lifestyle by featuring different businesses and locations that make Northeast Ohio unique. It is a natural extension of the work she already does, helping people see the value in the communities she serves.

For Rebecca, real estate has always been about more than transactions. It is about understanding what people need, guiding them through one of the biggest decisions of their lives, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way. The awards and recognition are nice, but they are not the point. The point is the phone call when a nervous seller realizes her home sold for more than she ever expected. The point is helping a family new to Cleveland find the neighborhood that feels like home.

Simple. Smooth. Sold. That is how Rebecca Nedelka works, and that is what her clients have come to expect.
