Founded in 2012, Skating Success™ Inc. is an international figure skating education company based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Under the leadership of founder Jadene Fullen, the organization has grown into a respected resource for skaters, coaches, and skating organizations seeking clarity, structure, and renewed direction within the sport.
Built on decades of personal experience and professional leadership, Skating Success™ was created with a defined mission: to use the art and sport of figure skating to help individuals become healthy, strong, and authentically empowered while performing at their highest level.
A Founder Rooted in the Ice
Jadene Fullen’s connection to figure skating spans most of her life. She competed for ten years up to the Senior Level before touring professionally with Disney on Ice, gaining firsthand experience in both competitive and performance-based environments. That combination of athletic discipline and artistic expression would later become foundational to her work.
At just 21 years old, Fullen launched her own choreography and skating stylist business. Over time, that entrepreneurial initiative evolved into Skating Success™ Inc., which now serves an international audience.
With more than ten years as a National Level Coach and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University in Toronto, Fullen brings both technical depth and academic perspective to her leadership. In 2018, she was recognized as Skate Alberta’s Coach of the Year, a province-wide honor that reflects her impact within the skating community.

Skating Success™ operates with a clear belief: skating is simple, but not easy. The organization emphasizes clarity, helping athletes and coaches understand what to focus on as they progress through training and performance.
