Dr. Stelios Nikolakakis believes that understanding yourself, your past, and your goals can greatly contribute to shaping your life and potentially improving your leadership skills. This speaker, life coach, and author, knows that this truth can often be accessed by using “Soul Sight.” In his work as a transformational leadership coach, he encourages clients to move from simply reacting to situations in life to exploring why they react, which can help them learn to lead with more intention and purpose.

From Personal Challenges to Helping Others

With over 20 years of experience in neuro-visual optometry, Dr. Nikolakakis initially approached vision and life from a more scientific angle. But when deep personal tragedy struck, he embarked on a new journey that revealed sight might go further than science.

His quest began after the premature birth of his twin sons, one stillborn and the other born with multiple complications and an eventual diagnosis of cerebral palsy. The challenges he experienced revealed that vision extends beyond what our eyes perceive. True sight can provide a path to healing and a better understanding of your authentic self. This epiphany led to the development of Soul Sight and the Quantum Access Method.

Dr. Nikolakakis tells us that his Quantum Access Method is designed to help people gain clarity, shift old patterns of thinking, and connect to their deeper purpose. It combines neuro-visual science and coaching, with a focus on understanding one’s inner self to move toward conscious leadership. This method offers the people he works with—entrepreneurs, young leaders, and anyone looking for a clearer sense of purpose—a deeper understanding of their life. He hopes his work will help others lead with vision and leave a meaningful impact on the people they interact with.

From Optometrist to Life Coach

One of Dr. Nikolakakis’s biggest challenges was moving past his clinical training as a problem-solver to let go of the need to “fix” everything. He explains that his journey with his son opened his eyes to things in his past that may have blocked his inner vision. As he learned to accept and embrace the unknown, doors seemed to open to new methods of healing and achieving success. Now, he enjoys helping people see themselves in more than a clinical light, but also with a deeper understanding. This shift allows him to lead with vision and live with intention, and those principles have become central tenets of his teachings.

Dr. Nikolakakis uniquely blends neuroscience with spiritual wisdom. His background as an optometrist enables him to understand how people perceive the world. But his passion lies in helping others uncover their inner vision by addressing subconscious beliefs that may have previously limited their perspective, and ultimately, guiding them toward soul-aligned leadership. Every day, he helps people not just see better, but also see differently. As he states in his book, Soul Sight: Lead with Vision. Live with Intention. Impact with Purpose, he believes it is possible to align our inner experiences with our outer goals, which can make better leaders who reach their full potential.

Vision and Mission

Dr. Nikolakakis uses his clinical and leadership skills to initiate deep, personal change in others. He leads people to a deeper connection to their purpose and potential and hopes to see the Quantum Access Method become a global approach for strong leadership and personal growth.

His strong desire to support the next generation drives him to help establish leaders deeply connected to their creativity. With retreats and training events, he plans to carry out his mission to raise up leaders with more empathy, clarity, intention, and Soul Sight.
