There are many people who are passionate about making the world a better place, and, while everyone can do it in their own little way, passion alone may not be enough to effectively make an outsized impact. Many leaders, especially of mission-driven organizations such as NGOs and nonprofits, may struggle in turning their expertise into tangible impact. Furthermore, the shortage of available resources can greatly complicate things, preventing these leaders from seeking the necessary help to improve their situation.

In response to this, Saahil Mehta, the success coach to conscious leaders, has launched Amplify Your Impact, a group coaching program beginning in October, where Saahil provides six months of coaching to a cohort of eight leaders for no charge. According to Saahil, he is looking for leaders who are doing work that benefits the wider society but lack the resources to pay for coaching services. The only thing that is required of the participants is a contribution of any amount to one of two causes that Saahil supports: Akshaya Patra or Humans for Education.

The Amplify Your Impact program seeks to give participants a strategic plan to bridge the gap between where they are and where they need to be, which will allow them and their organization to create the changes they want to see in the world. 

Using his coaching framework rooted in many years of experience, Saahil, who is also an entrepreneur, author, and avid mountaineer, will enable participants to gain clarity about the impact goals that matter to them and rectify mindsets that hold back their growth. Through three one-on-one coaching sessions and six once-a-month group coaching check-ins, Saahil imparts tools and systems of professional leadership while providing a supportive network to give participants the opportunities to achieve their goals.

By the end of the program, participants are expected to understand what it means to live a zero-regret life, gain new money management perspectives, define their own growth goals, and have a framework in place to track their monthly progress toward these goals.

This coaching package is valued at $15,000 per participant, totaling $120,000 for a cohort of eight. According to Saahil, he is giving this away for free as part of his mission to pay things forward. This mission was inspired by his mentor and the world’s number one executive coach, Dr. Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 Coaches project, of which he is a member. It is also influenced by Saahil’s personal philosophy of ahimsa, which is the Sanskrit word for nonviolence. As his way of spreading peace throughout the world, Saahil seeks to empower others who are doing good, allowing them to have a large impact.

“This program is a great way of creating a chain effect of doing something good for others,” Saahil says. “Drawing from Dr. Marshall Goldsmith’s work and by belief in ahimsa, I conceptualized this program focusing on how you can become a better leader, which will enable you and your organization to Amplify Your Impact. Through its peer-to-peer accountability-backed learning model, the program will help leaders have a ripple effect beyond their personal areas of impact, creating a larger positive effect on the world.”

Interested participants have until September 20, 2024 to apply online. Applicants are encouraged to share detailed information about themselves, the organizations they lead, their goals, and the challenges they face, to help Saahil determine if they are a good fit for the program.
