1. What inspired you to start MADE BY ALL? 

It was divine timing coupled with my passion and the right encouragement. My close friend Nick Jarjour would call me every day and ask, “why don’t you have your own company yet?” I always had a desire to be a dealmaker and big manager but his relentless encouragement helped me visualize a new reality for myself and in 2016 on my birthday, I left my job and started MBA that afternoon in my car. 

2. How do you maximize your clients’ value in the creator world? 

Everything starts by creating a strong foundation with our clients, one of trust, communication and respect. We take the time to build relationships with our clients and understand their goals, dreams, belief systems, creative processes etc. With this knowledge and alignment, we can then go into the marketplace and truly maximize their value because we understand it so well. Having a diverse network and client roster allows us to form relationships globally, which opens the doors to endless opportunities for our whole company.

3. What sets MADE BY ALL apart from other creator talent agencies? What is the importance of community within a Talent Agency? 

Three words: Proactivity, Curation and Community are our distinguishing factors. We prioritize building genuine relationships with our clients, and because of our curated roster, we are able to maintain close communication with them. Our knowledge of our clients allows us to act as an extension of their brains, proactively creating opportunities and enhancing any incoming deals. I believe a strong community is essential for success. We enjoy forming genuine relationships with our brand partners as well, going beyond transactional interactions. Our company culture is another crucial element of our success— we thrive on each other’s support, are solution-oriented, and choose to work through challenges as a team so we can constantly grow and learn together. When seeking new talent, we look for individuals who express gratitude, excite us, and have ambitious goals for greatness. 

4. How do you foster collaborative content creation among your clients? 

Because community is at the heart of Made By All’s DNA, bringing our creators together is something we do often. The beauty of our roster lies in its versatility—from visual artists to comedy creators, beauty influencers, and YouTube legends. Their diverse strengths create actual magic when they come together, and we actively encourage these collaborations. We create brand opportunities for them to work together and regularly introduce them to one another to foster friendships and content creation. Additionally, we love to host Made By All events and parties so everyone can stay connected.  

5. How do you stay current with evolving trends in digital content creation? 

A lot comes from talking to our clients, being a consumer of content and observing shifts, talking to other industry professionals and attending events such as The Super Bowl, SXSW and Cannes Lions.

6. What do you enjoy most about your role as CEO and Founder of MADE BY ALL? 

I love visualizing ideas and seeing them come to life. Watching our clients achieve their goals and continuously create culture-shifting content and moments is everything to me. I enjoy supporting both my clients and employees through challenges, and watching them come out better and stronger on the other end. I love how everything we do is Made By All. 

7. What upcoming projects is MADE BY ALL currently working on? 

We have so much coming up I honestly don’t know where to start! Every client has exciting projects that we are working across and as a company, we are focused on expanding our presence and reach globally!
