The Leap to the United States

At the end of 2024, after her contract with Pandora concluded, Tsvigun made her boldest move yet: starting over in the United States — with no corporate safety net, only her determination to keep growing and remain at the forefront of innovation. She chose Los Angeles as her landing place. “Honestly, my Panama wardrobe wasn’t made for colder states, and the sun matters,” she laughs. “But beyond that, LA is where innovation and creativity happen first. I wanted to be right at the front line of new ideas, meet new people, and grow both professionally and personally.” However, the U.S. market turned out to be the toughest of all. “Here, your past titles don’t matter,” she admits. “What counts is how you prove yourself now — and the track record you build in the U.S”. For Tsvigun, this realization didn’t come easily. It was marked by moments of doubt, sleepless nights, and the unsettling feeling of starting from zero all over again. “I went through several internal crises,” she reflects. “At times, it felt like everything I had achieved before didn’t matter. I had to strip away the past and rebuild my confidence on new ground.” It was in those very struggles that her strength deepened. Piece by piece, she let go of old labels and rebuilt her confidence until new doors began to open. Within months, Oksana secured a leadership role as Director of Growth at a European Amazon accelerator that was acquiring and scaling brands in the U.S. There, she advised international founders on how to navigate one of the world’s competitive consumer markets and helped position their brands in the crowded U.S. landscape.

From Corporate to Founder

Her impact went beyond scaling established brands; she also stepped into creation. Tsvigun co-created Pawgress, a premium dog supplement brand crafted from scratch together with one of America’s reputable canine nutritionists. Oksana immersed herself in every stage of the process: researching ingredients, developing formulas, finding and managing U.S.-based manufacturing, designing packaging, labeling, compliance, shaping the brand’s identity, and finally launching and scaling online. This hands-on experience gave her a rare, 360-degree view of why some brands fail in the U.S. market and what truly sets successful ones apart. Being successful in Europe or other continents does not guarantee success in the U.S. The U.S. customer is different and must be approached differently—from marketing and compliance to customer service and even product formulation. Her experience with Pawgress reinforced her commitment to product integrity and to helping build mission-driven companies. “I realized how many supplements were underdosed or poorly formulated,” she explains. “For Pawgress, I did deep research and spoke with scientists to make sure our product used only natural ingredients and therapeutic dosages. The result wasn’t just another supplement — it was something that truly made a difference”. That journey led her to launch her own consultancy, OT Growth Labs, a boutique consultancy where she helps founders turn ideas into sustainable brands. Her mission is not simply to create more products, but to support brands that stand for something real and impactful. “I don’t want just to launch any brand,” Oksana says. “I want to help build those that bring real value — brands that are honest, effective, and that make a difference in people’s lives” Like many high-performing women, Oksana also felt the personal need for safe, science-backed support to stay focused, energized, and productive. That need became the inspiration for The Age Labs, a longevity supplement brand for women over 40, created in collaboration with U.S. scientists. Its focus: cellular regeneration, healthy aging, and products women can fully trust. “It takes time to build something meaningful,” she says. “We’re still testing the formula because I don’t want just another supplement with nice marketing. I want proof. I want something that really works.” Drawing from her supplement experience, she insists on rigorous testing and science-first formulation. “When I put something into my body, I need to know exactly what it is and that it’s effective.” The first product, designed to support energy and focus, is planned for launch in 2026.
