Dr. Barbara Swinney is changing the game with her mission to empower women and help them become leaders in both their careers and personal lives. As a Life and Holistic Leadership Expert with nearly 30 years of experience as a leader, coach, and coach trainer, Dr. Swinney is a true visionary. Her dedication to personal development led her to create the DEEPER Leader™ Institute for Personal and Professional Development, a highly-regarded coaching certification program. The accomplished author has written books that inspire and educate, including "It's Always DEEPER: Six Steps to Achieving Perpetual Success" and "Twenty-Five Tips for Living the DEEPER Life." She also founded DEEPER Women™ Speak, a platform for women in leadership to share their stories, strategies, and experiences. What sets Dr. Swinney apart is her deep understanding of what it takes to be a true leader. Her programs focus on clarity of identity, purpose, and vision, as these are the foundation for effective leadership. In 2020, she hosted the first-ever DEEPER Women™ Lead Virtual Conference, where participants learned how to become leaders in their own lives and in the workplace. The event was a resounding success, and Dr. Swinney has since hosted numerous other events through DEEPER Women™ Lead Global, including the Literary Collaboration, DEEPER Women™️ Teach, and the 2022 DEEPER Women™ Lead Atlanta Conference. Continuing to expand her impact, Dr. Swinney will welcome women from all over the world to speak, teach, lead, and empower other women at this year’s DEEPER Women™️ Speak! Conference. Dr. Swinney's journey to empower women is deeply personal, inspired by her own experiences with adversity and challenges.
