At the recent American Advertising Federation of Orange County’s (AAF OC) Meet the Mentors event at Chapman University, Nicole joined fellow professionals to empower the next generation of creative talent.

AAF OC: A Catalyst for Industry Growth

The AAF OC has long been a cornerstone of Orange County’s advertising community, offering events and programs that support both emerging and established professionals. AAF OC Board Member Nicole Noonan’s role in the organization exemplifies her commitment to leadership, connecting others and helping to guide the next generation of industry leaders.

“Being part of this organization allows me to give back to an industry that has given me so much,” Nicole reflects. “The Meet the Mentors event at Chapman was a reminder of how important it is to nurture young talent and foster meaningful connections.”

The event drew over 70 students, fostering several valuable connections in one evening, a testament to AAF OC’s and Chapman University’s commitment to career development for emerging talent.
