Born Out of Legacy: Paschal Construction on Being One of Today’s Leading Providers
Share on Facebook

Today’s most successful businesses and industry leaders are renowned not only for their outstanding service and performance but also for the causes they believe in and the core values they stand by. As a matter of fact, the legacies of these entrepreneurial powerhouses transcend their reputation of being able to generate significant revenues. In the case of Paschal Construction, a construction company founded by John Andrew Paschal in the late 60s, it is shown that achieving greatness goes hand in hand with having the desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Although Paschal Construction is now a leading player in the construction industry, the company still takes pride in its humble beginnings and early years. Back in the late 60s, founder John Andrew Paschal kicked off his construction business to serve the black community. Armed with a purpose-driven vision, the luminary was able to embody an incredible work ethic that gave him the opportunity to work with employees who were just as hardworking and committed. During that time, he also mentored his nephew, Chuck Hildreth.

Chuck Hildreth would then work for the family business whenever he had free time or during breaks from school. With his uncle, John Andrew Paschal, as his inspiration, he acquired valuable lessons about the construction industry. More importantly, he learned how to be hardworking and relentless with his pursuits.

When John Andrew Paschal passed away, Chuck Hildreth took it upon himself to continue the legacy of his late uncle. He decided to bring the business back to life and place it under the name of Paschal Construction LLC. Fast forward to today, the go-getter has positioned the company as one of the leading players in the industry.

Throughout the years, Paschal Construction has evolved into one of the most sought-after authorities, establishing itself at the forefront of the industry. The company, which is built around the pillars of integrity and excellence, has become a beacon of trustworthiness for being a reliable provider of construction services in Memphis. Heavily determined to cater to its clients’ needs, the entrepreneurial force continuously raises the standards in the construction scene.

Paschal Construction now offers inspections to private investors and commercial and residential clients. Some of its most notable clients are the Fitzgerald Casino, Marriott Hotels, Progressive Realty, and most recently, several Wendy’s Restaurant locations.

After seeing how successful the company has turned out, Chuck Hildreth believed that it was time for Paschal Construction LLC to engage in a new division known as the Paschal Project Management. According to him, this division is specifically designed to oversee the completion of certain projects.

With no plans of slowing down anytime soon, Chuck Hildreth has brought in his daughter, Sydney Hildreth, as the new administration to spearhead the Paschal Project Management division and account for its growth.

Like her father, Sydney Hildreth has been working for the construction aspect of the business part-time throughout her college years. Her capacity has allowed her to learn and gain experience in the field, tapping into her potential to lead. Serving as the administrator of the newly formed company, she is more than ready to breathe new life into an old business.
