Boba Inu Sugar Club Demonstrates Combined Passion for Boba Tea and Shiba Inus
Share on Facebook

While boba tea, or bubble tea, has always been loved in Southeast Asia, the sweet and irresistible drink has only recently made its way to the Western market, and it was received well. Meanwhile, Shiba Inus have always been a front-runner in the cryptocurrency game. Merging their love for both boba tea and Shiba Inu tokens, a group of creative and innovative minds came together to produce Boba Inu Sugar Club.

Boba Inu Sugar Club features 8,000 unique Boba Inus that will be stored and released on the Ethereum blockchain. Roughly half of the total supply will be dedicated for the presale, and the rest of the NFTs will be available for public sale. Each Boba Inu is auto-generated from a pool of over 180 traits, each with its own probability of occurrence. The NFTs feature a distinct combination of boba pearls, accessories, backgrounds, and Chinese characters. The collection also included some features drawing inspiration from pop culture and Japanese anime.

The founders believed that focusing on the originality of the artwork and the rarity of the traits will help Boba Inu Sugar Club stand out. With the abundance of NFT projects inspired by apes, doodles, invisible objects, and other references, the creators focused on their own style and created something totally new and original that everyone would love.

“We like dogs. We like bubble tea. So we combined them together to create a cute and refreshing experience for our followers,” they said. “To us, boba tea is not just an ordinary sweet drink to quench our thirst. It represents our memories with friends and loved ones; a hardworking street vendor’s method of providing for his family; the upset child’s solace; an emblem of once being a kid. We hope to share this passion of ours with everyone around the world, in hopes that we can all remember the things we each cherish most growing up so that we can treat everyone around us with love,” they added further.

Boba Inu Sugar Club will be releasing three rarity types: common, genius, and legendary. Additionally, the creators also revealed that they will be launching eight legendary Boba Inus throughout the entire collection.

In addition, Boba Inu Sugar Club will be launching the first metaverse night market featuring food and bubble tea, giving off an authentic Southeast Asian night market experience in the digital space. Furthermore, holders will be able to participate in voting mechanisms tied with real businesses, consume and create their own tangible products, and personalize brands on and off-chain. “Our NFTs come with the ability to stake for utility tokens and participate in our upcoming night market game, which is something NFT investors are looking for nowadays,” shared the creators. Future investors are updated through the project’s Discord server, Twitter, and Instagram.

Each Boba Inu NFT will be stored as ERC-71 tokens, which means they are entirely unique, unforgeable, and coded to come in different rarities and traits. The creators are yet to announce the official launch for the collection, but they revealed that they aim to hit the market around mid-April. Interested investors who want to be included during the whitelist sale, where around half of the total supply will be available.
