Valeriia Timoshova’s journey as a dance entrepreneur is nothing short of remarkable. At just 25, she opened her own 2 floors dance studio on New York City’s prestigious 5th Avenue, a hub known for its luxury boutiques and iconic landmarks like Saks Fifth Avenue and Rockefeller Center. This achievement was not the result of outside help, but rather the culmination of years of hard work and savings. Her studio, located steps away from Bryant Park, stands out as a unique space in New York’s competitive dance landscape.

Her entrepreneurial journey began early. From a young age, Valeriia was immersed in dance and began teaching while still in school. However, she felt that this was not enough; she had a strong desire to achieve something substantial as an entrepreneur.

At 14, Valeria started working, and by 15, she had opened her first business—a home-based bakery where she baked custom orders. Before discovering her true calling, Valeria explored various fields, working as an entrepreneur from a young age and acquiring significant business experience along the way. This diverse journey enabled her to gain a profound understanding of her true passions and to identify where her deepest interests and talents truly lay. Her varied experiences, including work as a baker, beauty specialist, photographer, woman coach and more, helped her crystallize her vision of what she wanted to pursue and contribute to the world.

She pursued a bachelor’s degree in economics but realized it wasn’t her true calling, leading her to earn a diploma in psychology. This new qualification proved invaluable in her dance teaching, blending her childhood passion for dance with her expertise in psychology.

Valeriia’s path to success began when she moved to New York at the age of 20. The initial time was challenging, but she worked tirelessly towards her dreams. Valeria was driven by her vision to build a large female community, teach women, and open her own dance studio. In just four years, she achieved this dream, demonstrating resilience and determination.

By the age of 23, she had already launched her own company and begun working with women in New York, leading dance classes, organizing various events and communities for women, and developing her online projects and social media presence. At 25, Valeriia already opened her studio in the heart of Manhattan. Her extensive entrepreneurial experience enabled her to advance this venture rapidly.

In just nine months, Valeria’s studio has built a dedicated client base of over 2,000 people, with hundreds of satisfied women attending her classes. What sets Valeriia’s studio apart is its approach to community building. Her entrepreneurial skills shine through in the large-scale events she has personally organized. These include the grand opening of the studio, a Christmas celebration, a Valentine’s Day event, a showcase performance at a major concert venue, and an Open House event that welcomed nearly 350 guests. Valeria’s ability to promote these events through her social media presence, combined with her organizational talent, played a critical role in their success.

Valeria’s success is also tied to her savvy use of social media. Through Instagram and TikTok, she has attracted a massive following and effectively converted views into loyal clients. Her total audience is more than 1.5 million people, and her videos have garnered millions of views. Her most popular one reached 20 million and spread across numerous media channels in the U.S. This visibility helps Valeria grow both her personal brand as a female mentor and her business.

Beyond personal branding, Valeria has focused on developing the social media presence of her studio. Through dedicated Instagram and TikTok pages for the studio, she continues to expand its visibility and engage with a growing community.

Beyond just dance, Valeria’s studio offers an experience like no other. Focused on aesthetics, service, and comfort, her studio provides clients with thoughtful amenities, from free hygiene products to tea with snacks. The clean, welcoming environment and the highly skilled instructors have helped build an unparalleled community for women. This attention to detail, combined with a personal touch, has allowed Valeria to quickly rise in the competitive world of New York dance studios.

With future plans for expansion, including opening a network of studios across America, launching new online projects, a clothing brand, and much more — Valeria is determined to grow her brand while continuing to empower women through dance, creativity, and community.
